important safety instructions

Battery powered devices

These precautions apply to products that use rechargeable batteries or disposable batteries.

As a result of improper use of the battery, electrolyte leakage, overheating or explosion may occur. Released

electrolytes are a source of corrosion and can be toxic. They can lead to skin and eye burns; also harmful to health

if swallowed.

Measures to reduce the risk of injury:

· Keep batteries out of the reach of children.

· Do not heat, open, puncture, destroy or fire the batteries, and do not insert them in the opposite direction. The

polarity markings [+] and [-] are to be considered especially.

· Do not use old and new batteries at the same time as well as different types of batteries (for example, zinc-

carbon battery and alkaline batteries).

· Do not touch the end pieces of the battery in the device with metal objects. These elements can get hot and

cause burns.

· If batteries are dead or if the device is to be stored for a long time, remove the batteries.

· Remove old used and dead batteries from the unit and hand them over for recycling or recycling in accordance

with national waste disposal legislation.

· When removing the electrolyte from the battery, remove all batteries; One should avoid the contact of the

escaping electrolyte with skin or clothing. If electrolyte from battery comes into contact with skin or clothing, rinse

immediately with water. Before inserting new batteries, thoroughly clean the battery compartment with a damp

paper towel.

use batteries of the same type and size as the batteries included with the device.

· Charging should only be performed using the charger supplied with the product.
