camping stove cartridge holder (also lower part), and 1 set of Instructions
for Use. Please check the completeness of the article.
Intended use
Camping Stove with Gas Cartridge BG 2010 is intended for private use
(e.g. cooking tee, warming up tinned food, etc.) and can be operated
only outside.
Important:
Please read these instructions for use carefully before you attach the
gas cartridge to get acquainted with the device first. Keep the leaflet for
further reference.
It is not allowed to change settings or make modifications from those
set by the manufacturer. It could be dangerous to change the structure
of the device on your own authority, to remove parts or to use parts
which are not approved by the manufacturer.
Use solely butane gas cartridges of the type 200, picture 1, according
to EN 417 (190 g), which are commercially available, which are
recommended for this device and which correspond with the European
Norm EN 417 (as e.g. butane cartridges provided CFH No. 52150).
Butane gas cartridges of 190 g you use must have an inscription EN
417. These standard gas cartridges are available in building stores. This
device may be only used with a pressure gas cartridge (cartridge with
a piercing point connection CFH No. 52150). It could be dangerous
to connect other gas receptacles.
Never fit a gas receptacle (butane cartridge of 190 g) before reading the
instructions on it.
Use only outside.

·Do not unscrew the lower part of the cartridge holder, until the butane
cartridge is completely empty (shake it a little if splashing of liquid is
audible). Otherwise there is imminent danger of gas escaping which
could ignate next to a heat source and thus cause a really dangerous
situation .(danger of explosion)
·Make sure before attaching the gas cartridge that the gasket (between
the device and the gas cartridge) is not missing and is in good condition
(see drawing above picture 5). The rubber gasket is easily visible

if you hold the upper part of the camping stove as shown on picture
5. It is necessary that there is a black rubber gasket inside on the
piercing pin and that it is in a good condition. If this gasket is missing
do not use the device (danger of leakage).
·Do not use any device with damaged or worn out gasket. Do not use
any device which is leaking or damaged or which does not work
properly.
·Only fit the gas cartridge when outside, where there are no flammable
materials or combustible sources in the neighbourhood, no electric
stoves or open fire, and in a sufficient distance from other persons.
Do not smoke when fitting the cartridge.
·Do not change the butane cartridges if you are not absolutely sure
that the cartridges are completely empty. Follow safety instructions
stated on the butane cartridge.
·Keep the device away from children. Children are not allowed to use
the device (danger of injury).
·Do not shake the device immediately before starting up, in order that
the liquid gas cannot flow to the burner and cause problems with
lighting.
·Use the camping stove only on a horizontal level.
·Only change the cartridge when outside, far away from possible
combustible sources, as e.g. open fire, pilot flames, electrical hot
plates and similar, and away from other persons and animals. Before
changing the butane cartridge always close the gas regulation valve.
·Used butane gas cartridges are one-way receptacles. Refilling is not
permitted and could be very dangerous.
·Protect the butane cartridge and the device from direct exposure to
sun light (impact of heat). Do not expose it to temperatures over 50°C.
·Do not use in closed rooms. Make sure the device is used only
outside do not use it in shafts or below ground level, because the
gas here is heavier than air and it can spread without control.
·The device must always be positioned on a stable and horizontal
basis.
·Do not use it in a tent - danger of suffocation due to a quick consumption
of oxygen or danger of fire.
·Use the device only at a safe distance from inflammable materials (at
least 500 mm from the walls and 1500 mm from the ceiling). Make
sure that the rising heat and vapours do not endanger the ceiling.
Prevent accumulation of heat, eventually increase the safe distance
to the ceiling.
·The device can reach very high temperatures at the burner during
normal operation.
·Do not leave the device unattended if it is on. Protect the butane
cartridge from becoming warm or hot. Prevent accumulation of heat.
·ATTENTION: Accessible parts of the device can be very hot. Keep
small children away from the device Never touch(danger of injury).
the burner if it is still hot. When the device is not in use, protect it from
dust and humidity. Never keep the device below ground level.
·If the flame is blown out due to a wind blast, immediatelly close the
gas regulation valve, so that no more gas can flow uncontrolled out
of the device.
·Do not use the device close to inflammable or heat sensitive materials
(danger of fire).
·Do not make any modifications to the device. Malfunctions can be
only fixed by an authorized specialist dealer or by the manufacturer.
Repairs can be done only by an authorized specialist dealer or by
the manufacturer.
·If gas leaks out of your device (you can smell gas) take it immediately
outside to a place with a good air circulation and without any combustible
sources, where you can search for the leaking spot and fix it. Only
test gas tightness of your device when outside. Never search for
untight connections using a flame, use always soapsuds.
·Use only cooking pots with a maximum diameter of and a 20 cm
maximum height of . When using bigger cooking pots, heat 12 cm
could accumulate and the stove could get damaged. When cooking
ensure there is a safe distance between the pot rim and the level
inside, so that the cooking water cannot spurt out.
·Use the stove only on a stable and even base.
Test for leaks
Only test gas tightness when outside by spreading soapsuds over the
connections at the outer side of the device, where the gas flows, or spray
these connections with a leak-seeking-spray. Never search for untight
connections using a flame, use always either soapsuds or a leak-seeking-
spray! Do not put a device into operation with damaged or worn out
gaskets. Never use a device where gas is leaking, which is damaged
or does not work properly.
Setting the size of the flame
It is possible to regulate the size of the flame by turning the black gas
regulation valve (see picture 4 / (+) = open gas supply, (-) = shut gas
supply). By turning the gas regulation valve in direction (+) the gas supply
is opened. By turning further in direction (+) the gas flow reaches its full
