This is an „i-Size“ Child Restraint System. It is approved

to ECE R 129, for use in, „i-Size compatible“ vehicle

seating positions as indicated by vehicle manufacturers

in the vehicle users’ manual. If your vehicle does not

have an i-Size seating position, please check the vehicle

typelist that is included whether the installation is allowed.

Always check before buying the Aton Q i-Size whether

the seat can be properly installed in your vehicle. Proper

installation can be done either by using Base Q i-size,

ISOFIX on the system or by using the 3-point belt system of

the vehicle.

Prima di acquistare Aton Q i-Size controllare che possa

essere installato correttamente nella vostra vettura.

L'installazione corretta avviene con l'uso di Base Q i-size

con ISOFIX oppure allaccinado il seggiolino con la cintura a

3 punti dell'auto.

WARNING! Proper installation can be done either

by using Base Q i-size, ISOFIX on the system or by

using the 3-point belt system of the vehicle.

ATTENZIONE!

L'installazione corretta avviene con

l'uso di Base Q i-size con ISOFIX oppure allaccinado

il seggiolino con la cintura a 3 punti dell'auto.

WARNING! Do not use the Aton Q i-Size in front

seats equipped with activated front-airbag. This

does not apply to so-called side-airbags.

NOTE! High volume front-airbags expand explosively.

Sie können den Tragebügel in 4 Positionen einrasten

lassen:

A: Fahrzeug- und Trageposition.

B+C: Zum Hineinlegen Ihres Babys.

D: Zum sicheren Stand auf einer ebenen Fläche

außerhalb des Fahrzeugs.

WARNUNG! Überprüfen Sie, ob der Tragebügel

(1) in der Trageposition A eingerastet ist, um

ein Kippen des Sitzes während des Tragens zu

verhindern.

• Zur Verstellung des Tragebügels (1) drücken Sie

gleichzeitig die beiden Verstelltasten (2) links und

rechts am Tragebügel (1).

• Schwenken Sie nun mit gedrückten Verstelltasten (2),

den Tragebügel (1) vor oder zurück, bis er selbsttätig in

der gewünschten Position einrastet.

CARRYING HANDLE ADJUSTMENT REGOLAZIONE DEL MANIGLIONE DI TRASPORTO

The carrying handle can be adjusted into 4 different

positions:

A: Carrying/Driving-Position.

B+C: For placing the baby in the seat.

D: Safe sitting position outside the car.

Il manico per il trasporto può essere regolato in quattro

diverse posizioni:

A: Posizione di trasporto/di viaggio.

B+C: Posizione per l'inserimento del bambino nel

seggiolino.

D: Posizione di seduta in sicurezza fuori dall'auto.

WARNING! In order to avoid unwanted tilting of

the seat whilst carrying, make sure that the carry

handle (1) is locked in the carrying position A.

ATTENZIONE!

Per evitare il rischio di capovolgi-

mento durante il trasporto assicuratevi sempre

che il manico (1) sia bloccato nella posizione di

trasporto A.

• In order to adjust the handle (1) press buttons (2) on left

and right side on the handle (1).

• Move the carry handle (1) with adjustment buttons

pressed (2) forwards or backwards until it automatically

locks in the desired position.

• Per regolare il maniglione di trasporto (1) premere

contemporaneamente i due pulsanti (2) posti ai suoi lati.

• Mantenendo premuti i pulsanti (2) ruotare il

FOR THE PROTECTION OF YOUR CAR PER LA SALVAGUARDIA DELL'AUTO

It is possible that some car seats that are made of soft

usage and/or discolouration. In order to avoid this, you

could, for example, place a cover or towel underneath it.

In this context, we would also like to refer to you to our

cleaning instructions, which must absolutely be followed

• The headrest must be adjusted to leave free two

• Activate the adjustable handle ring (3) on the upper side

of the headrest and bring the headrest into the required

position.

NOTE! Only when adjusted to the most suitable height

does the headrest offer your child the highest degree of

protection and safety. The height of the headrest can be

adjusted to eight different positions.

NOTE! Always pull the shoulder belt (4) and not the

shoulder pads (7).

twisted or crossed over.

• Put the child in the child seat.

• Adjust the shoulder belts (4)WR¿WH[DFWO\RYHU\RXU

• Bring both belt tongues (8) together and lock them into

place in the belt buckle (6) with an audible “CLICK”.

• Gently and cautiously pull on the central adjuster belt

(9), in order to tighten the shoulder belts (4) until they lie

against the body of your child.

• Loosen the shoulder belts (4) by activating the

adjustment handle on the central adjuster (5) and

simultaneously pulling both shoulder belts (4) upwards.

• Open the belt buckle (6) E\SUHVVLQJ¿UPO\RQWKHUHG

and must not be adjusted separately. Make sure that the

headrest is correctly locked in place before you use the

seat.

in the sun. Your baby may get burnt. Protect your

baby and the car seat from intense exposure to the

dimenticate di adottare queste precauzioni anche

automobile.

SAFETY FOR YOUR BABY SICUREZZA DEL BAMBINO

WARNUNG! Verwenden Sie die Babyschale nicht

auf einem Sitz, auf dem ein Frontairbag aktiviert ist.

Dies gilt nicht für die so genannten Seitenairbags.

WARNUNG! Die Babyschale sowie die Base Q

i-Size müssen, auch dann wenn sie nicht benutzt

werden, immer korrekt im Fahrzeug befestigt

sein. Bereits bei einer Notbremsung oder einem

geringen Aufprall können unbefestigte Teile andere

Mitfahrer und Sie selbst verletzen.

Achten Sie zum Schutz aller Fahrzeuginsassen stets

darauf, dass...

• die umklappbaren Rückenlehnen der Fahrzeugsitze

eingerastet sind und sich in einer aufrechten Position

• bei Einbau der Babyschale auf dem Beifahrersitz,

dieser in der hintersten Position steht.

• im Fahrzeug alle beweglichen Gegenstände gesichert

sind.

• alle Personen im Fahrzeug angeschnallt sind.

WARNING! Never use the Aton Q i-Size on a car

seat with an activated front airbag. This does not

apply to so-called side airbags.

WARNING! The child seat and the Base Q i-Size

must always be secured correctly in the vehicle

even when not in use. In case of an emergency

brake or accident, an unsecured child seat may

injure other passengers or yourself.

Sie den Aton Q i-Size entgegen der Fahrtrichtung auf der

in it´s starting position by turning it back by 180°. Pull the

adjustment handle at the support leg and push it back into

its original position. Fold back the support leg.

L.S.P. soweit wie möglich heraus. Sollte das L.S.P. in

Sie die Zwischenposition (b) verwenden. Dazu müssen

Sie zuerst das L.S.P. komplett ausziehen. Anschließend

betätigen Sie die Entriegelungstaste (26) und schieben

das L.S.P. in die Zwischenposition.

Das L.S.P. lässt sich wieder komplett in den Sitz

In case the L.S.P. exceeds its designated space and

touches the door in its longest position (c), the inclined

position (b) has to be used. This can be done by

extracting the L.S.P. completely and subsequently by

pressing the interlocking button and moving the L.S.P.

into the inclined position. In order to push back the L.S.P.

into the seat press the locking button (26) and at the

same time push the L.S.P. towards the seat.

headrest cover. After washing place these foam pads

strictly back into the pockets provided.
