seriekopplats innan du sätter nätkabeln 5 i

vägguttaget.

Hänvisning: Observera att endast maximalt

10 underbelysningar av samma typ får seriekopplas

till samma vägguttag.

Montera upp till 10 lampor av samma typ

bredvid varandra. För detta ändamål följ

arbetsmomenten 1–5 i kapitel „Montering

av lampan“.

Se till att avståndet mellan Hänvisning:

lamporna inte är större än 16 cm.

1. Sätt nätkabelns 5 anslutning i den första

lampans lamputtag 6.

2. Avlägsna försiktigt locket 4 på lampdosan

9 med hjälp av en skruvdragare.

3. Sätt anslutningskabeln 8 i lampdosan 9.

4. Sätt anslutningskabelns 8 andra anslutning

i nästa lampas lamputtag 6.

5. Alternativt har du möjlighet, att ansluta

lamporna direkt till varandra genom att

ansluta lamporna via lampdosan 9 till

lamputtaget 6.

6. Sätt in stickkontakten i vägguttaget. Din

lampa kan nu användas.

Tryck på TILL- / FRÅN-knappen 7, för att

tända eller släcka lampan.

Ta endast i den isolerade delen på nätkon-

takten när du sätter in eller drar ut den ur

vägguttaget!

Om den yttre böjbara ledningen på denna

lampa är skadad får den endast ersättas med

en speciell ledning eller med en ledning, som

Idrifttagning

Montering av lampan

Hänvisning: Förvissa dig före montering om,

att det ﬁnns ett vägguttag i närheten som kan

nås med den medföljande nätkabeln 5.

1. Mät upp borrhålen i väggen resp. på mon-

teringsytan. Använd ett vattenpass för att

bestämma den exakta riktningen.

2. Markera avståndet för båda monteringshålen.

3. Borra nu upp monteringshålen (ø ca 6 mm,

djup ca 30 mm). Se till att inga ledningar

skadas.

4. Sätt i de medföljande pluggarna 1 i

borrhålen.

Light bulbs develop a great deal of heat.

Do not operate this light with a dimmer or

an electronic switch. It is not suitable for this

mode of operation.

Never leave the light operating unattended.

Do not allow any objects to cover the light.

Fire can result from the development of too

much heat.

Do not allow the lamp or the packaging

materials to lie around unattended. Plastic

ﬁlm or bags, Styrofoam etc. can turn into

dangerous toys for children.

Working safely

Fit the light in such a way to ensure it is pro-

tected from damp and dirt.

Make careful preparations for the assembly

and take suﬃcient time. Clearly lay out all

components and any additional tools or ma-

terials that might be required so that they are

readily to hand.

Remain alert at all times and always watch

what you are doing. Always proceed with

caution and do not assemble the lamp if you

cannot concentrate or feel unwell.

Q Preparations for use

Q Fitting the light

Note: Prior to installation, verify there is a

socket nearby within reach of the included

power cable 5.

1. Measure up the wall or mounting surface

for drilling the holes. Use a spirit level to im-

prove accuracy.

2. Mark the distance between the two mount-

ing holes.

3. Now drill the mounting holes (ø approx.

6 mm, depth approx. 30 mm). Make sure

that you do not damage any electrical ca-

bles during this operation.

4. Insert the supplied wall plugs 1 into the

drilled holes.

5. Screw the clips 2 tightly using the screws

3 (see Fig. A).

6. Press the lights into the tightly screwed clips

2 (see Fig. B).

7. Place the connector of the power cable 5

onto the light connection 6.

8. Insert the mains plug of the mains lead into

a convenient mains socket. Your light is now

ready for operation.

Connecting several

lights together

CAUTION!

Ensure that all the under-cabinet lights are con-

nected before you insert the power cable 5 into

the mains socket.

Note: Make sure that you only connect a max-

imum of 10 linked-up under-cabinet lights of the

same type to one socket.

Install up to 10 lights of the same model

next to each other. To do so, follow steps

1–5 of the section called “Fitting the light”.

Note: Make sure that the distance between

the lights is not more than 16 cm.

1. Insert the connector of the power cable 5

into the light connection 6 of the ﬁrst light.

2. Carefully remove the cap 4 of the light

connection socket 9 using a screwdriver.

3. Insert the connecting cable 8 into the light

connection socket 9.

4. Insert the second connection of the connec-

tion cable 8 into the light connection 6

of the next light.

5. Alternatively, you can directly connect the

lights to each other by connecting the lights

through the light connection socket 9 to

the light connection 6.

6. Insert the mains plug into the mains socket.

Your lamp is now ready to use.

Switch the ON / OFF switch 7 to turn the

light on or oﬀ.

water or other liquids, nor immerse it in water.

cleaning.

age available corresponds to the operating

voltage necessary of the light (see “Technical

data“).

Never let the lamp come into contact with

water or other liquids.

Never open or insert anything into electrical

ﬁttings or equipment. Doing this sort of thing

can lead to a serious danger to life from

electric shock.

Touch only the insulated part of the plug

when

connecting to or disconnecting from the

mains supply.

If the external ﬂexible cable of this lamp is

damaged, it may only be replaced by a spe-

cial cable or a cable that is only available

from the manufacturer or his service repre-

sentative.

Only connect the under-cabinet light to the

mains current using the original power cable.

Only connect original under-cabinet lights

of the same type with each other. Only use

the original connecting cable supplied to

do so.

Connect the under-cabinet lights that are

linked up together to one socket only. Make

sure that you only connect a maximum of

10 linked-up under-cabinet lights of the same

type to one socket. Otherwise this might

overload the connections and cables.

Make sure that all under-cabinet lights are

linked up via connecting cables before in-

serting the power cable into the socket.

Do not install the lamp on damp or conduc-

tive surfaces.

Do not kink the power cable.

Do not lay the cable on sharp corners.
