Montera ramen
Steg 1
Mät dörrkarmens innermått (H = höjd, B = bredd, se bild A).
Steg 2
Subtrahera 2,0 cm från den uppmätta höjden (H). Korta aluminiumprofilerna
2 med hjälp
av bågfilen och geringslåda till uträknat mått och grada snittytorna med en fil (se bild B).
Steg 3
Subtrahera 1 cm från den uppmätta bredden (B). Korta aluminiumprofilen
3, mittsteget 4
och aluminiumskyddsplåten 5 med hjälp av bågfilen till uträknat mått och grada snitty-
torna med en fil (se bild B).
Steg 4
Per aluminiumprofil 2 skjuter du ett tvärstag 19 och sedan en monteringslist 18 in i det
avsedda spåret på aluminiumprofilen 2 (se bild C).
Steg 5
Skjut sedan in ett hörn 1 per aluminiumprofil 2 på samma sida nertill i öppningen på
aluminiumprofilerna 2. Lägg i magneten Obs: 12 i det hörn 1 som sitter mittemot gång-
järnssidan (se bild D). Använd eventuellt en gummihammare för att knacka in hörnet
1.
Steg 6
Skjut borsttätningen 6 in i aluminiumprofilen 2 ovanifrån i det avsedda spåret, tills
tätningen når hörnet 1 som redan monterats nertill. Låt 3 cm sticka ut utanför och skär
av borsttätningen 6 (se bild D). Gör likadant med den andra aluminiumprofilen
2.
Steg 7
Fastställ mittstegförbindelsens 21 position mitt på de båda aluminiumprofilerna 2 och mar-
kera med en penna. Borra med ett 2,5 mm-borr ett hål på profilens insida vid markeringen,
skjut mittstegsförbindelsen 21 in i aluminiumprofilen 2 uppifrån och skruva fast den med
hjälp av en skruv 21a som sätts genom det borrade hålet (se bild E).
Steg 8
Sätt de båda andra hörnen 1 tillsammans med den utskjutande borsttätningen 6 upptill i
aluminiumprofilerna 2 och se till att sätta i den andra magneten
12 i hörnet 1 som sitter
mittemot gångjärnssidan (se bild F). Använd eventuellt en gummihammare för att knacka in
hörnet 1.
Steg 9
Sätt ihop aluminiumskyddsplåten 5 med en aluminiumprofil 2 genom att skjuta på
skyddsplåten 5 på tvärstaget
19 , monteringslisten 18 och hörnet 1. Använd eventuellt en
gummihammare (se bild G). Skjut sedan in borsttätningen 6 i det avsedda spåret i alumini-
umskyddsplåten ända in till hörnet 1 och kapa med ca 3 cm utskjutande tätning (se detal-
jerad bild nedtill, bild G).
Steg 10
Sätt mittsteget 4 på mittstegsförbindelsen 21 på samma aluminiumprofil 2 och sätt alumi-
niumprofilen 3 på hörnet 1 upptill i aluminiumprofilen 2. Förse aluminiumprofilen 3
med resterande borsttätning 6 och skjut in tätningen ända in till hörnet 1. Låt återigen
ca 3 cm tätning skjuta ut och kapa sedan borsttätningen 6 (se bild G).
Leveransens omfattning
Obs: Se till att inte kasta bort monteringsmaterial när produkten packas upp. Kontrollera att
leveransomfånget är fullständigt omedelbart efter att du har packat upp produkten. Kontrol-
lera även att produkten och alla dess delar är i felfritt skick. Montera aldrig produkten, om
leveransomfånget inte är fullständigt.

Montering

Kehikon asentaminen ilman itsesulkemismekanismia
Seuraa työvaiheita 1 ja 3 kappaleessa ”Kehikon asentaminen itsesulkemismekanismilla”.
Vaihe 1
Leikkaa saranoiden alaosien kärjet 9 loven päähän asti (katso kuva O).
Huomautus: Älä missään tapauksessa leikkaa kokonaisuudessaan. Muussa tapauksessa
saranoita ei voida enää käyttää.
Vaihe 2
Kiinnitä saranoiden alaosat 9 saranoiden yläosiin 8. Seuraa työvaiheita 4 - 6 kappaleessa
”Kehikon asentaminen itsesulkemismekanismilla”.
Puhdistus ja hoito
Älä missään tapauksessa käytä syövyttävää tai hankaavaa puhdistusainetta.
Puhdista lasikuitukangas ja karmit nukattomalla, hieman kostealla liinalla.
Käytä tarvittaessa mietoa puhdistusainetta.
Hävittäminen
Pakkaus koostuu ympäristöystävällisestä materiaalista. Älä hävitä käytöstä
poistettua tuotetta kotitalousjätteen mukana, vaan vie se keräyspisteeseen.

Vaihe 12
Sahaa pitkät kiinnityslistat 7a neljään osaan, jotta ne sopivat alumiiniprofiilien 2 ylä- ja
alaosiin. Lyhennä kiinnityslistat 7b mitattuun leveyteen (B) ja vähennä 1 cm (katso kuva H).
Vaihe 13
Aseta lasikuitukangas 20 kehikon yli. Aloita lasikuitukankaan 20 kiinnittäminen alumiiniprofii-
lin 3 kiinnityslistalla 7b ylemmästä vasemmasta tai oikeasta reunasta. Jatka näin kiinnityslis-
toilla 7b välipienan 4 ja askellaudan 5 osalta. Tee samoin alumiiniprofiilien 2 ja kiinni-
tyslistojen 7a osalta (katso kuva I).
Vaihe 14
Poista liika lasikuitukangas 20 mattoveitsellä (katso kuva I).
Vaihe 15
Pistä peitelevyt 1a kulmakappaleisiin 1 (katso kuva J).
Vaihe 16
Kiinnitä kahvojen levyt 16 ja 17 välipienaan 4, joka on sittemmin vastakkain saranapuo-
leen (kuva J). Aseta ulkokahva 16 ensin pystysuoraan keskitetysti välipienaan 4. Merkitse
molemmat ruuvinreiät kynällä välipienaan 4 ja poraa sitten 3 mm poralla reiät. Kiinnitä
molemmat uppopääruuvit 15 ulkokahvan 16 läpi esiporattuihin profiilin reikiin, aseta
sisäkahva 17 kehikon takapuolella ruuvien päälle ja kiristä ruuvaten painamalla uppopää-
ruuveja 15 välipienaan 4 (katso yksityiskohtia kuva J).
Kehikon asentaminen itsesulkemismekanismilla
Vaihe 1
Merkitse saranoiden yläosien 8 paikka. Huolehdi siitä, että kehikon ylä- ja alareunan ja
saranoiden yläosan 8 väliin jää vähintään 15 cm väli. Poraa porausreiät 2,5 mm poralla
(katso kuva K).
Vaihe 2
Työnnä jouset 10 saranoiden yläosaan 8 ja kiinnitä nämä uppopääruuvilla
14 (katso yksi-
tyiskohtia, kuva K).
Vaihe 3
Kiinnitä saranoiden yläosat 8 kahdella uppopääruuvilla
13 kehykseen (katos kuva K).
Vaihe 4
Aseta hyönteissuojaovi oven karmeihin. Ota tarvittaessa toinen henkilö avuksesi. Ojenna
hyönteissuojaoven se puoli, johon magneetit 12 on asennettu (kahvapuoli) niin ovesi karmei-
hin, että noin 2,5 cm hyönteissuojaoven pituusprofiilista 2 on ovenkarmeissa. Näin käytät
magneettien 12 sulkuvoimaa optimaalisesti hyväksi (katso kuva L). Pistä nyt saranoiden ala-
osat 9 jousien 10 kautta saranoiden yläosiin 8 (kuva M). Pidä saranoiden alaosia 9
oven karmeilla ja merkitse porausreiät.
Vaihe 5
Poraa porausreiät 2,5 mm poralla ja ruuvaa saranoiden alaosat
9 kussakin kohdassa
kahdella uppopääruuvilla 13 oven karmeihin. Kiinnitä jouset 10 uppopääruuvilla 14 saran-
oiden alaosiin 9 (kuva M).
Vaihe 6
Kiinnitä sulkulevyt 11 kussakin kohdassa kahdella uppopääruuvilla
14 oven karmeihin
magneettien korkeudelle 12 (katso kuva N).
Kehikon asennus
Vaihe 1
Mittaa ensin oven karmien sisämitat (H = korkeus, B = leveys, katso kuva A).
Vaihe 2
Vähennä mitatusta korkeudesta (H) 2,0 cm. Lyhennä alumiiniprofiilit 2 terässahalla ja viiste-
laatikolla mitattuun mittaan ja tasaa sahauskohdat viilalla (katso kuva B).
Vaihe 3
Vähennä mitatusta leveydestä (B) 1 cm. Lyhennä alumiiniprofiili 3, välipiena 4 ja alumiini-
nen askellauta 5 terässahalla mitattuun mittaan ja tasaa sahauskohdat viilalla (katso kuva B).
Vaihe 4
Työnnä alhaalta jokaiseen alumiiniprofiilin 2 ensin askellaudan poikittaiskiinnitin 19 ja sitten
askellaudan kiinnityslista 18 siihen varattuun alumiiniprofiiilin 2 loveen (katso kuva C).
Vaihe 5
Työnnä nyt samalla puolella alhaalla jokaiseen alumiiniprofiiliin 2 alumiiniprofiilin 2 auk-
koon kulmakappale 1. Aseta magneetti Huomio: 12 kulmakappaleeseen 1, joka on
sittemmin vastakkain saranapuolen kanssa, (katso kuva D). Käytä kulmakappaleen
1 kiin-
nittämiseen tarvittaessa kumivasaraa.
Vaihe 6
Työnnä harjatiiviste 6 ylhäältä alas siihen varattuun loveen alumiiniprofiiliin 2 jo asennet-
tuun kulmakappaleeseen 1 asti. Jätä ylemmässä loppupäässä 3 cm vara ja leikkaa harjatii-
viste 6 (katso kuva D). Asenna toinen alumiiniprofiili 2 vastaavasti.
Vaihe 7
Määritä molemmissa alumiiniprofiileissa 2 keskitetysti välipienan kiinnittimen 21 paikka ja
merkitse kohta kynällä. Poraa molemmat reiät 2,5 mm poralla profiilin sisäreunaan, työnnä
välipienan kiinnitin 21 ylhäältä alumiiniprofiiliin 2 ja ruuvaa se yhdellä ruuvilla
21a jo
porattuun reikään kiinni (katso kuva E).
Vaihe 8
Aseta kaksi muuta kulmakappaletta 1 ja harjatiivisteen vara 6 ylhäällä alumiiniprofiiliin 2
ja varmista, että asetat toisen magneetin
12 siihen kulmakappaleeseen 1, joka on sittemmin
saranapuoleen vastakkain (katso kuva F). Käytä kulmakappaleen
1 kiinnittämiseen tarvitta-
essa kumivasaraa.
Vaihe 9
Yhdistä alumiininen askellauta 5 alumiiniprofiiliin 2 siten, että askellauta 5 työntyy poi-
kittaiskiinnittimen 19, kiinnityslistan 18 ja kulmakappaleen 1 päälle. Käytä tähän tarvittaessa
kumivasaraa. (katso kuva G). Työnnä sitten harjatiiviste 6 siihen tarkoitettuun loveen alumii-
nisessa askellaudassa aina kulmakappaleeseen 1 asti ja leikkaa sitten n. 3 cm varalla poikki
(katso yksityiskohta alhaalla, kuva G).
Vaihe 10
Kiinnitä samaan alumiiniprofiiliin 2 välipiena 4 välipienan kiinnittimeen 21 ja alumiinipro-
fiili 3 kulmakappaleeseen 1 ylhäällä alumiiniprofiilissa 2. Lisää alumiiniprofiiliin 3 loput
harjatiivisteestä 6 ja työnnä se kulmakappaleeseen 1. Jätä taas ylemmässä loppupäässä
3 cm vara ja leikkaa harjatiiviste 6 (katso kuva G).
Vaihe 11
Kehikko on valmis kun kiinnität toisen alumiiniprofiilin 2 alumiiniprofiilin 3 vapaisiin kulmiin,
välipienaan 4 ja askellautaan 5. Käytä tähän tarvittaessa kumivasaraa. (katso kuva G).
ja osien moitteeton kunto. Älä missään tapauksessa asenna tuotetta, jos toimitus ei ole
täydellinen.

Asennus

the insect screen door is in contact with the door frame. In this way you utilise the optimum
closing force of the magnets 12 , (see fig. L). Now place the hinge bottom parts 9 over the
hinges 10 in the hinge top parts 8, (fig. M). Hold the hinge bottom parts 9 to the door
frame and mark the drill holes.
Step 5
Drill the holes with a 2.5 mm drill and screw the hinge bottom parts 9 to the door frame
with two countersunk screws 13 each. Secure each of the springs 10 with a countersunk
screw 14 in the hinge bottom parts 9, (fig. M).
Step 6
Secure each of the closure plates 11 with two countersunk screws 14 to the door frame at
the height of the magnets 12 , (see fig. N).
Assembling frame without self-closing mechanism
Follow steps 1 and 3 of the section on “Installing the frame with the self-closing mechanism”.
Step 1
Twist off the points of the hinge bottom parts 9 up to the end of the indentation (see fig. O).
Note: Do not under any circumstances twist off the complete pin. Otherwise you can no
longer use the hinge.
Step 2
Place the hinge bottom parts 9 into the hinge top parts 8. Follow Steps 4 to 6 of the
section on “Installing the frame with the self-closing mechanism”.
Cleaning and Care
Do not under any circumstances use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.
Clean the fibreglass fabric and frame with a lint-free, slightly damp cloth.
Use some mild detergent if necessary.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of environmentally friendly materials. Dispose of
it at your local recycling centre.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your
worn-out product.

Step 10
On the same aluminium profile 2 put the middle bar 4 on the middle bar connector 21
and put the aluminium profile 3 on the corner connector 1 at the top of the aluminium
profile 2. Furnish the aluminium profile 3 with the remaining brush seal 6 and slide this
through into the corner connector 1. Again leave ca. 3 cm protruding and cut off the brush
seal 6, (see fig. G).
Step 11
Now finish the frame by putting the second aluminium profile 2 onto the free ends of the
aluminium profile 3, middle bar 4 and step 5. Use a rubber hammer if necessary for
this (see fig. G).
Step 12
Cut the long click strips 7a into four parts, matching the top and bottom sections of the
aluminium profiles 2. Shorten the four click strips 7b to the measured breadth / width (B)
minus 1 cm (see fig. H).
Step 13
Lay the fibreglass fabric 20 over the frame. Start at the top left or right edge to secure the
fibreglass fabric 20 in the aluminium profile 3 with a click strip 7b . Continue this procedure
with the click strips 7b on the middle bar 4 and the step 5. Proceed with the aluminium
profiles 2 and the click strips 7a in the same way (see fig. I).
Step 14
Remove any protruding fibreglass fabric 20 with a razor blade knife (see fig. I).
Step 15
Put the caps 1a on the corner connectors 1, (see fig. J).
Step 16
Fasten the handle plates 16 and 17 on the middle bar 4 opposite to the later hinge side
(fig. J). For this first align just the external handle
16 vertically and centrally on the middle
bar 4. Mark the two screw holes with a pencil on the middle bar 4 and then drill the
holes with a 3 mm drill. Place the two countersunk screws
15 through the external handle

into the pre-drilled holes in the profile, place the internal handle
17 on the rear side of the
frame onto the screw points and tighten this with counter-pressure by screwing in the counter-
sunk screws 15 on the middle bar 4, (see detailed fig. J).
Assembling frame with self-closing mechanism
Step 1
Mark the position for the hinge top parts 8. Ensure that there is a distance of at least
15 cm between the top and bottom edge of the frame and the hinge top part 8. Drill the
holes with a 2.5 mm drill (see fig. K).
Step 2
Slide the springs 10 into the hinge top parts 8 and secure these with a countersunk screw 14
,
(see detailed picture, fig. K).
Step 3
Secure each of the hinge top parts 8 with two countersunk screws 13 on the frame
(see fig. K).
Step 4
Place the insect screen door on your door frame. Have a second person help you in this if
necessary. Align the side of the insect screen door, in which the magnets 12 are fitted (han-
dle side), with the door frame in such a way that ca. 2.5 cm of the longitudinal profile 2 of
CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY! For the assembly you require a hacksaw, a razor
blade knife and an electric drill (only for external fitting). Always refer to the operating
instructions for the required tools.
Assembling the frame
Step 1
First measure the internal measurements (H = height, B = breadth / width) of the door frame
(see fig. A).
Step 2
Deduct 2 cm from the measured height (H). Shorten the aluminium profiles 2 with the hack-
saw and a mitre block to the resulting dimension, then deburr the cut surfaces with a file
(see fig. B).
Step 3
Deduct 1 cm from the measured breadth / width (B). With the hacksaw shorten the aluminium
profile 3, the middle bar 4 and the aluminium step 5 to the resulting dimension, then
deburr the cut surfaces with a file (see fig. B).
Step 4
For each aluminium profile 2 first slide a cross connector for step 19 and then a fastening
strip for step 18 from below into the groove provided in the aluminium profiles 2, (see fig. C).
Step 5
For each aluminium profile 2 slide a corner connector 1 into the opening of the aluminium
profiles 2 at the bottom on the same side. Insert the magnet Caution: 12 into the corner
connector 1, which lies opposite to the later hinge side (see fig. D). Use a rubber hammer
if necessary to fully position the corner connectors 1.
Step 6
Slide the brush seal 6 into the aluminium profile 2 from above all the way down in the
groove provided until it is in the corner connector 1 which has already been fitted. Leave
3 cm protruding at the top end and cut off the brush seal 6, (see fig. D). Proceed with the
second aluminium profile 2 in the same way.
Step 7
On both aluminium profiles 2 establish the position centrally for the middle bar connectors

and mark these with a pencil. Drill a hole there in the inner side of each profile with a
2.5 mm drill, slide the middle bar connector 21 from above into the aluminium profile 2
and screw the connector tight with a screw 21a through the pre-drilled hole (see fig. E).
Step 8
Insert the other two corner connectors 1, including the protruding brush seal 6, into the
aluminium profiles 2 at the top, ensuring that you insert the second magnet
12 into the
corner connector 1, which is lying opposite to the later hinge side (see fig. F). Use a rubber
hammer if necessary to fully position the corner connectors 1.
Step 9
Connect the aluminium step 5 to one aluminium profile 2 by sliding the step 5 onto the
cross connector 19 , the fastening strip 18
and the corner connector 1. Use a rubber ham-
mer if necessary for this (see fig. G). Then slide the brush seal 6 in the groove provided in
the aluminium step through as far as the corner connector 1 and cut this off with a protru-
sion of ca. 3 cm (see detailed picture below, fig. G).

throw away any of the assembly materials. Check that all the items are present and that the
product and all its parts have no defects immediately after unpacking. Do not assemble the
product if any of the included items listed below are missing.
