Knopfuncties
START
Druk op de START knop om een training te starten.
STOP
Wanneer er een programma actief is, kunt u de STOP knop indrukken om het
programma te pauzeren. De functiewaarden zullen hierbij niet gewist worden.
Wanneer u de training wenst te hervatten, kunt u nogmaals op de STOP knop
drukken, of op de START knop drukken.
DOWN
In het standaardmenu kunt u de DOWN knop gebruiken om een keuze te maken uit
de programma’s MANUAL, PROGRAM (1-12), USER en TARGET H.R. U kunt de DOWN
knop gebruiken om verschillende gegevens te selecteren of om de functiewaarden in
te stellen; met behulp van de DOWN knop verlaagt u de waarden. Tijdens het trainen
kunt u de DOWN knop indrukken om de weerstand te verlagen.
UP
In het standaardmenu kunt u de UP knop gebruiken om een keuze te maken uit de
programma’s MANUAL, PROGRAM (1-12), USER en TARGET H.R. U kunt de UP knop
gebruiken om verschillende gegevens te selecteren of om de functiewaarden in te
stellen; met behulp van de UP knop verhoogt u de waarden. Tijdens het trainen kunt
u de UP knop indrukken om de weerstand te verlagen.
Bij het instellen van het USER programma kunt u de UP en DOWN knoppen
gebruiken om de weerstand van elk segment in te stellen.
RESET
Druk de RESET knop in en houd deze ingedrukt om alle gegevens van het scherm te
wissen. Het scherm staat vervolgens op het standaardmenu waarbij u een USER of
programma kan selecteren. Tijdens het instellen van de gegevens kunt u éénmaal op
de RESET knop drukken om de waarde op nieuw in te kunnen stellen.
ENTER
Druk op de ENTER knop om het geselecteerde programma of ingestelde waarde te
bevestigen.
PULSE RECOVERY
Hiermee activeert u de conditietest; de PULSE RECOVERY functie.
BODY FAT
Hiermee activeert u de lichaamsvet meting.
