Microwaves are high-frequency electromagnec waves similar to radio waves. While
radio waves may vary in length from one metre to many kilometres, microwaves are
very short (less than 12.5 cenmetres). Microwaves do not make any heat

Mul-Stage Cooking
Two stages can be set in sequence. If one of the stages is for defrosng this
