räumen, jedoch nicht im Gewerbe bestimmt. Bitte lesen Sie die

Gebrauchsanweisung aufmerksam durch und bewahren Sie diese

sorgfältig auf. Bei Weitergabe des Gerätes an andere Personen

ist die Gebrauchsanweisung mit zu übergeben. Benutzen Sie das

Gerät wie angegeben und beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise.

Für Schäden oder Unfälle, die durch Nichtbeachtung entstehen,

wird keine Haftung übernommen. Entfernen Sie jegliches Verpa-

ckungsmaterial und alle Aufkleber.

Sicherheitshinweise

∙

Dieser Heizlüfter ist eine zusätzliche Heizquelle für den Haus-

gebrauch und darf ausschließlich zu diesem Zweck benutzt

werden. Halten Sie ihn von Nässe fern.

∙

Gerät nur gemäß Angaben auf dem Typenschild anschließen

und betreiben.

∙

Nur benutzen, wenn Zuleitung und Gerät keine Beschädi-

gungen aufweisen. Vor jedem Gebrauch überprüfen!

∙

Berühren Sie den Netzstecker nicht mit nassen Händen.

∙

Schließen Sie den Netzstecker nur an eine ordnungsgemäß ge-

erdete und gut zugängliche Steckdose an.

∙

Um den Netzstecker zu ziehen, immer am Stecker – nie am Ka-

bel – ziehen.

∙

Stecker ziehen nach jedem Gebrauch oder im Fehlerfall.

∙

Reißen Sie nicht an der Netzanschlussleitung. Scheuern Sie die-

se nicht an Kanten und klemmen Sie diese nicht ein.

∙

Zuleitung von heißen Teilen fernhalten.

∙

Das Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren sowie von Per-

sonen mit reduzierten physischen, sensorischen oder men-

talen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder Wissen

benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des si-

cheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die da-

raus resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben. Reinigung

und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht durch Kinder durchgeführt

werden, es sei denn sie sind älter als 8 Jahre und beaufsichtigt.

Kinder jünger als 8 Jahre sind vom Gerät und der Anschlusslei-

tung fernzuhalten.

∙

Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass

sie nicht mit dem Gerät oder dem Verpackungsmaterial spielen

(z.B. Plastiktüten).

∙

Das Gerät darf nicht mit einer Zeitschaltuhr oder mit einem se-

paraten Fernwirksystem betrieben werden!

∙

Verlassen Sie nie bei laufendem Heizlüfter Ihre Woh-

nung! Stellen Sie dazu stets sicher, dass sich der Schalter

in der Stellung OFF (0) befindet.

∙

Bewahren Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien oder einem feuchten

Raum auf.

∙WICHTIG:

Zum Vermeiden eines Überhitzens das Gerät in

keiner Weise abdecken. Keine Gegenstände oder

Textilien auf das in Betrieb gesetzte Gerät legen.

∙

Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals ins Wasser.

∙

Während dem Betrieb den Heizlüfter an einem sicheren Ort

aufstellen:

o in mindestens 1 m Entfernung zu brennbaren Gegen-

ständen oder Möbeln;

o bei Wandbefestigung keinesfalls an Wänden aus Kunst-

stoff oder Synthetikmaterial;

o so aufstellen, dass die Schlitze für Zu- und Abluft frei

bleiben: im Umkreis von 1 m an den Abluftschlitzen und

von 50 cm an den hinteren Lüftungsschlitzen dürfen sich

keine Gegenstände befinden;

o keinesfalls direkt unterhalb von Stromsteckdosen aufstel-

len.

∙

Benutzen Sie das Gerät niemals nach einer Fehlfunktion, z.B.

wenn es heruntergefallen ist oder auf eine andere Weise be-

schädigt wurde.

Reinigung

∙

Achtung! Vor jeder Reinigung Netzstecker ziehen

und das Gerät abkühlen lassen.

Gerät nicht in Wasser tauchen.

∙

Ihr Heizlüfter ist mit einem Filter ausgerüstet, um das Heizele-

ment vor Staub und Schmutz zu schützen.

∙

Der Filter ist abnehmbar und kann ganz einfach mit Wasser ge-

reinigt werden.

∙

Um den Filter abzunehmen, auf den Verschlusshaken drücken

und ihn wie auf der Abbildung 12 gezeigt, zu Ihnen ziehen.

∙

Für den korrekten Betrieb des Geräts empfehlen wir den Filter

alle 6 Monate zu reinigen und sich daran zu erinnern, IHN BEI

BEENDIGUNG DES VORGANGS WIEDER AM GERÄT ANZUBRIN-

GEN.

Arbeitsplatz

Wichtig:

Das Gerät niemals auf oder neben eine heiße Oberfläche stellen (z.B. Herdplatte),

sondern nur auf einer ebenen, stabilen und temperaturbeständigen Unterlage be-

treiben. Es ist immer darauf zu achten, dass sich keine entflammbaren Gegenstände

in der Nähe befinden.

Das Gerät nicht an die Tischkante stellen, damit es nicht von Kindern berührt werden

kann oder bei Berührung herunterfällt.

∙Das Gerät darf nicht in der Nähe von Duschen, Badewannen, Waschbecken oder

Schwimmbecken benutzt werden.

∙Die Einstellknöpfe dürfen niemals für Personen erreichbar sein, die sich in der Du-

sche oder Badewanne aufhalten und mit nassen Händen berührt werden.

Bedienung

∙Der auf der Geräterückseite positionierte Standfuß muss wie auf Darstellung 8 ge-

zeigt herausgezogen werden. Den Standfuß ziehen, bis er in der herausgezogenen

Position blockiert wird.

∙Mit dem Schalter können die verschiedenen Betriebs-

arten gewählt werden: Aus, kalte Luft, warme Luft

(1000W) und sehr heiße Luft (1800W).

∙Der Heizlüfter ist außerdem mit einer Alarmleuchte

(Darstellung 10) ausgerüstet, die bei Überhitzung/Stö-

rungen des Heizlüfters leuchtet. Es handelt sich nicht

um eine Betriebskontrollleuchte, weshalb sie bei der

normalen Benutzung nicht leuchtet.

∙Um Überhitzung/Störungen zu vermeiden niemals mit

irgendwelchen Gegenständen bedecken.

Thermostat:

∙

In einem Raum, in dem die Temperatur höher als 30 °C beträgt, ist es normal, dass

das Gerät nicht vom Thermostat, auch wenn dieser sich auf dem Höchststand befin-

det, eingestellt wird.

∙

Umgekehrt ist es in einem Raum, in dem die Temperatur zu niedrig ist (unter 5 °C)

normal, dass das Gerät vom Thermostat, auch wenn er auf den Mindeststand ein-

gestellt ist, ständig eingeschaltet bleibt.

∙Für die bestmögliche Einstellung des Thermostats empfehlen wir folgende Proze-

dur:

o Stellen Sie den Thermostat auf den Höchststand und lassen Sie das Gerät

bis zum Erreichen einer Wohlfühltemperatur eingeschaltet.

o Drehen Sie den Thermostatknopf anschließend so lange entgegen den

Uhrzeigesinn, bis Sie ein “Klick” vernehmen und das Gerät sich abschaltet.

o Drehen Sie den Thermostatknopf danach wieder (ganz leicht) im Uhrzei-

gersinn.

o In dieser Stellung behält der Thermostat die von Ihnen zuvor gewählte

Raumtemperatur bei.

Fehlerbehebung

∙Bei Überhitzung werden das Heizelement und der Motor automatisch vom Sicher-

heitssystem des Geräts unterbrochen. In diesem Fall:

o Heizlüfter abschalten und circa 15 Minuten abkühlen lassen.

o Eventuelle weitere Überhitzungsursachen beseitigen (z.B. nicht zu nahe an

eine Wand stellen, Hindernisse am Lufteintritt- oder Luftauslassgitter oder

ungewöhnliche Ansammlungen von Staub beseitigen, Gerät ist umgefallen

etc.).

o Heizlüfter wieder einschalten und den einwandfreien Betrieb desselben

überprüfen.

Wartung

∙Dieses Gerät bedarf keiner besonderen Wartung.

∙

Wir empfehlen Ihnen das Gerät alle 6 Monate mit einem trockenen Tuch zu reini-

gen.

∙Im Reparaturfall wenden Sie sich bitte ausschließlich an eine autorisierte Kunden-

dienststelle.

Safety information

This heater is an additional source of heat for domestic use and

may only be used for this purpose. Keep the device away from

moisture.

∙

Connect and operate the appliance in accordance with the

specifications shown on the rating label.

∙

Do not use if the plug cord is damaged. Verify before every use.

∙

Do not plug with wet hands.

∙

Connect the power plug to a properly installed and easily acces-

sible socket only.

∙

To unplug the power plug, always pull the plug – not the cable.

∙

Plug off the appliance after each use or in case of failure.

∙

Do not pull at the cord. Don’t pull it over edges and don’t bend

it too much.

Keep the cord away from hot parts.

∙

The appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above

and persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capa-

bilities or lack of experience/knowledge, provided that are su-

pervised or have been provided with instruction in the safe use

heater. Do not hang anything on the heater and

do not cover it while it’s working.

Never immerse the unit in water.

During operation, place the heater in a safe position:

o far (1 mt.) from inflammable objects or furniture.

o if wall mounted, not fixed to wooden or synthetic plastic

surfaces.

o leaving the air outlet space free: 1 mt. of free space in

front of the heater and 50 cm. of free space behind it.

o not located directly below a socket-outlet.

∙

Never use the device after a malfunction, e.g. if it felt down or

has been damaged in any other manner.

∙

The manufacturer is not liable for damage which is occurring

due to the usage of the appliance in a different way as de-

scribed or a mistake in the handling has been made.

∙

To prevent injury, repairs such as replacing a damaged cord,

should only be carried out by a customer service. Only original

spare parts have to be used.

∙

The device gets hot, only transport after it cooled down.

∙

Only use the device as described in this manual.

∙

This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar

applications such as:

o staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and others working

environments

o by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type en-

vironments

o bed and breakfast type environments.

Before initial use: Heat up the device for about 15 min. to

eliminate the smell of newness.

∙

Attention! Device gets hot. Risk of Burns! Parts of

this product may be very hot during operation. The air

outlet gets hot during operation. Special attention is

needed when children or vulnerable persons are present.

∙

If an extension cable is used, it has to have a cross-section of

1,5mm². A cable drum must always be unwound.

∙

If a GS-tested 16 A multi-pin extension is used, it may not be

charged with more then 3680 watts due to fire hazard.

∙

Make sure that children do not tease the cable or that a trip

hazard occurs.

∙

The device must always be disconnected from the power supply

if it is not supervised and before assembling, disassembling or

cleaning.

∙

Do not use the heater in rooms with explosive gas or while us-

ing inflammable solvents or varnish or glues.

Cleaning

∙

Attention!

Pull the plug before cleaning.

∙

Never immerse the unit into water.

∙

This product is fitted with a filter to protect the heating ele-

ment from dust and dirt.

∙

The filter is removable to be cleaned easily with water.

∙

To remove the filter just unlock the tab by pressing on it and

pull towards you as shown in picture 12.

∙

To keep the heater in perfect condition, clean the filter once

every six months REMEMBERING TO PUT IT BACK AGAIN AF-

TERWARDS.

Workplace

Important:

Never place this device on or next to hot surfaces (e.g. hot stoves). Only use it on a

even, stable and a heat resisting surface. It is important that no inflammable items

are near to the device. Do not place the device on the edge of the table so that it

cannot be touched by children or fall down when touched.

∙The appliance must not be used near showers, bathtubs, sinks or swimming pools.

∙The adjusting knobs should never be accessible to persons who are in the shower or

bathtub to prevent any touching with wet hands.

Operation

∙Extract the foot placed on the back of the appliance as shown in picture 8. Just pull

it until you hear a “click” and check that the foot is firmly locked in its extracted

position.

∙The switch is used to control heater’s functioning se-

lecting the off condition, cold air ventilation, warm air

(1000W) or hot air (1800W).

∙The heater is also equipped with an alarm light

(picture 10) that switches on in case of overheating/

malfunctioning. It is not a power control light and,

consequently, it will not switch on during normal

functioning.

∙Do not put anything on the heater to avoid any over-

heating/malfunctioning.

Thermostat

∙In a room with a temperature exceeding 30°C, the thermostat does not turn on the

fan heater even if it is at maximum.

∙Vice-versa, in a room with a very low temperature (below 5°C), it is normal that the

thermostat keeps the heater constantly on, even if it is at minimum.

∙

To optimise the use of the thermostat, proceed as follows:

o turn the thermostat knob to maximum and wait until a comfortable tem-

perature is reached.

o then turn the thermostat knob anti-clockwise until you hear a “click” and

the heater turns off.

o turn the thermostat knob clockwise just a little.

o in this position, the thermostat will maintain the selected ambient tem-

perature.

Troubleshooting

∙In the event of overheating, the safety device on the appliance automatically dis-

abled the heating elements and motor. As a result, the heater stops working. In this

case:

o Turn off the fan heater and allow it to cool down for about 15 minutes.

o Eliminate any other possible reasons for overheating (e.g.: obstructions in

front of the air inlet/outlet grilles, build-ups of dirt).

o Turn on the fan heater again and check it works correctly.

Maintenance

∙This product does not require any special maintenance.

∙Clean the product with a dry cloth once every 6 months.

∙If the product requires repairing, contact an authorised technical service centre.

Tenir le câble d’alimentation éloigné des parties chaudes.

L‘appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants à partir de 8 ans

ainsi que par des personnes atteintes de déficiences phy-

siques, sensorielles ou mentales, ou manquant d‘expérience et/

ou de connaissances, si elles sont surveillées ou ont été instruites

de la manière d‘utiliser l‘appareil en toute sécurité et qu‘elles en

ont compris les dangers potentiels. Le nettoyage et l‘entretien

de l‘appareil ne doivent pas être réalisés par des enfants, sauf

s‘ils sont âgés de plus de 8 ans et exécutent ces opérations sous

surveillance.

Tenir l‘appareil et le cordon d‘alimentation hors de portée des

enfants de moins de 8 ans.

∙

Veillez á ce que des enfants ne jouent pas avec l’emballage (par

exemple sac en plastique).

∙

L´appareil ne doit pas fonctionner avec une minuterie ou avec

un système séparé de télécommande !

∙

Ne sortez jamais de chez vous sans éteindre le thermo-

ventilateur, assurez-vous que l’interrupteur soit en posi-

tion Eteint (0).

N‘entreposez pas l‘appareil à l‘extérieur ou dans une pièce hu-

mide.

∙IMPORTANT :

pour éviter tout risque de surchauffe ne couvrez

jamais l’appareil. Ne posez jamais ni objet, ni cou-

verture, sur l’appareil lorsqu’il est en marche.

∙

Ne mettez jamais l‘appareil dans l‘eau.

∙Pendant le fonctionnement, placez le thermoventilateur dans

un endroit sûr, c’est-à-dire :

o à 1 mètre au moins des objets inflammables ou des

meubles.

o en cas de montage mural, en ne le fixant pas sur des murs

en matière plastique ou synthétique.

o en laissant libres les grilles d’entrée et de sortie de l’air :

en ne plaçant aucun objet dans un rayon d’un mètre de

la grille de sortie et de 50 cm de la grille arrière.

o en ne le plaçant jamais juste au-dessous d’une prise de

courant.

N‘utilisez jamais l‘appareil après un fonctionnement défaillant,

par ex. s’il est tombé ou s’il a été endommagé d‘une autre ma-

nière.

∙

Le fabricant ne sera pas tenu responsable en cas de mauvaise

utilisation ou d‘utilisation inappropriée par non-respect du

mode d‘emploi.

∙

Pour éviter tout danger, les réparations sur l‘appareil, notam-

ment le remplacement d‘un câble endommagé, ne peuvent

être réalisées que par un service après-vente autorisé. Seule-

ment les pièces détachées original peuvent être utiliser.

∙

L‘appareil chauffe beaucoup, ne le transporte donc qu‘après

refroidissement.

∙

N‘utilisez l‘appareil que pour les applications décrites dans le

mode d‘emploi.

∙

Ne placez aucun des matériaux que le papier, carton, plastique

etc. dans l’appareil.

∙

Cet appareil est conçu pour un usage privé et similaires telles

que :

o dans les cuisines pour les employés dans les magasins,

bureaux et autres zones industrielles

o dans les propriétés agricoles et par les clients des hôtels,

motels et autres établissements résidentiels

o dans chambres d’hôtes

Avant la première utilisation : Pour éliminer l‘odeur du neuf,

faites chauffer l‘appareil pendant environ 15 minutes.

∙

Attention ! L´extérieur de l´appareil devient

chaud. Risque de brûlures. Pendant le fonctionne-

ment, la température des surfaces touchables peut être

très chaude ! Pendant le fonctionnement, la grille de sortie de

l’air peut atteindre une température très élevée. Une attention

particulière est nécessaire lorsque des enfants ou des personnes

vulnérables sont présents.

Si vous utilisez une rallonge, celle-ci doit avoir une section de

1,5 mm².

∙

Si vous utilisez une multiprise testée pas GS avec 16 A, il est

interdit de le charger avec plus de 3680 watts en raison d’un

danger incendie.

∙

Si vous utilisez une rallonge, faire attention que les enfants ne

le tirent pas où trébucher sur le câble.

∙

Tirez Ia fiche d‘alimentations toujours si l‘appareil est sans sur-

veillance, avant le montage, le démontage, ou le nettoyage.

∙

N’utilisez pas le thermoventilateur dans des pièces saturées de

gaz explosifs, de vapeurs générées par des solvants ou des ver-

nis ou de vapeurs/gaz inflammables.

Nettoyage

∙

Toujours débrancher l´appareil et le laisser complé-

tement refroidir avant de le nettoyer.

∙

Ne jamais plonger l’appareil dans l’eau.

∙

Votre radiateur soufflant est doté d’un filtre pour protéger la

résistance contre la poussière et la saleté.

∙

Le filtre est amovible et peut être nettoyé tout simplement avec

de l’eau.

∙

Pour retirer le filtre, appuyer sur le crochet de fermeture et le

tirer vers vous comme montré sur la figure 12.

∙

Pour un fonctionnement correct de l’appareil, nous recom-

mandons de nettoyer le filtre tous les 6 mois et de ne pas ou-

blier de le REMETTRE EN PLACE SUR L’APPAREIL À LA FIN DE

L’OPÉRATION.
