WARNING!!! This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits of a

Aluratek warrants this product against defect in material or workmanship for 1 YEAR
from the date of purchase.
This warranty becomes invalid if the factory-supplied serial number or "warranty void" sticker has
been removed or altered on the product.
This warranty does not cover:
A) Cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God
B) Accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or modification of any part of the product.
C) Damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper equipment,
or attempted repair by anyone other than Aluratek.
D) Products sold AS IS or WITH FAULTS.

Control Functions
Function Operation
Power ON When OFF, press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds until
the blue LED flashes
Pairing When powered on, press the Power Button twice to start pairing
(LED flashes red and blue for RX, LED flashes blue for TX)
Slide the Mode Switch to and from TX and RX
In RX mode, press the Power Button once to play / pause music

When ON, press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds until
the red LED flashes
Pairing in Transmitter Mode
Please make sure the device supports A2DP profile. The pairing procedure will vary
depending on the actual device. Please refer to the user guide of your device for detail
instruction. The general pairing procedures are as follows:
1. Make sure ABC53F is turned OFF and switched to TX mode
2. Activate your device’s Bluetooth function and set your device to pairing mode
3. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to power on ABC53F
4. Activate ABC53F pairing mode by press the power button twice.
5. ABC53F and your Bluetooth device will pair automatically
6. After connecting successfully, the blue LED will stay on.
Note: After the initial pairing of your Bluetooth device with ABC53F. It is recommend that you power on your Bluetooth
device first before you power on ABC53F for subsequent uses for faster reconnection. If the device does not
reconnect, you may press the power button to speed up the process.
Your order has been carefully packaged and inspected. The following accessories should
be included in your package. Please inspect the contents of the package to ensure that
you have received all items and that nothing has been damaged. If you discover a problem,
please contact us immediately for assistance.
Note: Please wait 3 seconds after ABC53F is powered OFF to switch the mode. After the switch, the pairing
history of the previous devices will be cleared. You will need to re-pair your Bluetooth devices to ABC53F after
you switch between TX / RX mode.

Operation
Pair with two devices at the same time in TX mode
In TX mode, the adapter is able to pair with two Bluetooth stereo headphones / speakers
at the same time.
1. Follow the previous instructions in the “Pairing in Transmitter Mode” section to pair
ABC53F with your first device.
2. Turn off the Bluetooth function on your first device, tap the Power Button twice to pair
and connect to your second device.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your first device. In approximately 30 seconds, the
second device will automatically connect.
Pairing in Receiver Mode
Please make sure the device supports A2DP profile. The pairing procedure will vary
depending on the actual device. Please refer to the user guide of your device for detail
instruction. The general pairing procedures are as follows:
1. Make sure ABC53F is turned OFF and switched to RX mode
2. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to power on ABC53F
3. Activate ABC53F pairing mode by press the power button twice.
4. Activate your device’s Bluetooth function and set your device to search for Bluetooth
device. Select ABC53F when it is found.
5. For transmitter with Bluetooth version 2.1, you will not need to input a code. If you
are prompted for PIN, please enter “0000”.
6. If prompted by your device to connect, please select “Yes”.
7. After connecting successfully, the blue LED will stay on.
Note: Please make sure the audio output of your device is set to Bluetooth for audio streaming.

Note: For first time use, once powered on, the adapter will automatically enter pairing mode. The LED will flash
blue and red. Please follow the instructions below on how to pair.
Charging the battery
The battery is not fully charged and it is highly recommended that you charge ABC53F
before you begin using it.
Note: Using ABC53F “out of the box” will not harm the device.
You will experience reduced battery life as the unit will not be fully charged. Connect the
larger USB end of the cable provided to your PC or USB power adapter (not included)
and the smaller Micro USB to the charging port of ABC53F. Please charge the battery for
a minimum of (2) hours. The red LED will be on while charging. When charging is
complete, the red LED will turn off.
Operation
Using ABC53F with power connected
Here are the steps to follow if you want to use ABC53F with power connected. ABC53F
will stay in standby mode as long the power is connected so your Bluetooth device can
reconnect automatically after you are within range.
1. Make sure ABC53F is turned OFF.
2. Connect the larger USB end of the cable provided to your PC / power adapter / TV’s
USB port and the smaller end to the charging port of ABC53F.
3. Follow the pairing instruction to pair your device.

APTX-HD for Bluetooth 5 setup
To enjoy APTX-HD for Bluetooth 5, please follow below steps.
To enable / disable APTX-HD:
1. Please make sure ABC53F is powered off.
2. Press and Hold the power button for 7 seconds until you see the green LED flash.
When enabled, the green LED will flash once. When disabled, it will flash twice.
3. Power on ABC53F by press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
Note: When APTX-HD is enabled, APTX-LL will be disabled. ABC53F defaults to APTX-LL
when the connected device supports this feature.
