FEATURES
Emergency cut-off for laser
Large red push button switch with rotary release
With key lock to prevent unauthorised operation
3-pin XLR connector
INTRODUCTION AND OPERATION
The CLLEKSXLR emergency cut-off switch facilitates installation of an emergency cut-off system so as to enable con-
nected effect lasers to be remotely switched off in the event of a hazardous situation. Cameo effect lasers (laser class 3b
and 4) can only be operated in a closed interlocking circuit. By pressing the emergency cut-off switch, a contact is opened
and the circuit is thus interrupted. The Cameo LEKS XLR has an impact-resistant, clearly visible yellow plastic housing,
a red emergency cut-off push button with rotary release, a locking switch and a female 3-pin XLR connector for use of
a commonly available XLR microphone or 3-pin DMX cable. Put the locking switch into the OFF position to interrupt the
interlock circuit switch off the connected lasers: move into the ON position to activate. Two keys are included. In order to
ensure an effect laser is not operated by unauthorised persons, lock the switch and remove the key! Lasers can only be
activated when the lock switch is in the ON position and the emergency cut-off push button is unlocked (to unlock, turn in
the direction of the arrow). The LEKS XLR meets European safety regulations for class 3b and 4 lasers and is compatible
with Cameo effect lasers fitted with 3-pin interlock connectors.
