ON DAMP TEXTILES!
The fabric defuzzer might damage structured
textiles or very soft materials such as Angora
wool. Always test on an area that is not visible
on the item you want to treat. In testing, set the
distance ring to the highest level.
OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
To reduce the risk of electric shock:
1. Always attach plug to appliance first,
then to the outlet.
2. Place the item you want to treat on an
even surface.
3. Turn the distance ring to the appropriate
position or remove the ring entirely, depending
on the distance required.
4. Switch the unit to “I” (ON).
5. Without applying pressure, run the shaver
head lightly over the parts where you wish to
remove the fuzz from. Fuzz will accumulate in
the fuzz collector.
6. After use, switch the unit to “O” (OFF).
IMPORTANT: Empty the fuzz collector regularly
and before it becomes overfilled, which can

11. Do not carry this appliance by supply cord
or use cord as a handle.
12. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
13. Do not handle plug with wet hands.
14. Never operate the appliance with the air
openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of
lint, hair, and the like.
15. Never operate on a soft surface, such
as a bed or couch, where the air openings
may be blocked.
16. Never drop or insert any object into
any opening.
17. Do not use outdoors.
18. Do not operate where aerosol (spray)
products are being used or where oxygen is
being administered.
19. To disconnect, turn all controls to the OFF
position, then remove plug from outlet.
20. Do not place appliance on any surface
while it is operating.
21. Avoid skin contact with moving blades.
22. Keep out of the reach of children.

EMPTYING THE FUZZ COLLECTOR
Slide the fuzz collector downward and out of
the unit.
Empty the collector and slide it straight into the
unit until you hear a click.
CLEANING THE FABRIC DEFUZZER
AND SHAVER HEAD
1. Unplug unit, remove the distance ring and
turn the shaver head counterclockwise to
remove it.

THE DISTANCE RING
TO REMOVE: Grasp both sides of the ring and
pull it off the unit in the direction of the arrow.
TO FIT: Push the distance ring onto the unit so
that the recess on the distance ring engages
the lug on the body of the shaver. This ensures
that the distance ring does not twist when you
adjust it.

a slightly dampened cloth. Do not use

FOR USE
CARE OF YOUR FABRIC DEFUZZER
IMPORTANT: CHARGING
FIRST-TIME USE
• The fabric defuzzer is easy to use. However,
before first use, you must charge the unit for
16 hours. After the first charge, a full charge
will only take 12 hours. Maximum battery
capacity will only be reached after 3 charging/
discharging cycles.
• Connect the power adapter to the socket on
the underside of the fabric defuzzer.
• Plug the power adapter into an
electrical outlet.
REGULAR CHARGING
• A full charge will take 12 hours and will
supply enough power for a minimum of 25
minutes of continuous, cordless use.
• In order to maintain the optimum capacity
of the rechargeable batteries, the appliance
should be recharged for 16 hours every 3
months, approximately.
FOR DIRECT PLUG-IN OPERATION
1. Connect the charging jack into the receptacle
at the end of the fabric defuzzer.
2. Plug the adapter unit into the electric outlet.
3. Turn the switch to the position, let the OFF
fabric defuzzer charge for a few minutes first.
4. Turn the switch to the ON position.
5. Unplug the adapter unit after use.
6. After use, store in a dry place, away from
small children.
7. Do not wrap cord around the fabric defuzzer.

LIMPIEZA DEL DEPÓSITO DE PELUSAS
Deslice el depósito de pelusas hacia abajo para
retirarlo de la unidad.
Vacíe el depósito. Vuelva a instalar el depósito,
deslizándolo hacia arriba hasta que encaje.
LIMPIEZA DEL CABEZAL
1. Quite el aro regulador de distancia y gire el
cabezal en sentido antihorario para retirarlo.
REMOCIÓN/AJUSTE DEL ARO
REGULADOR DE DISTANCIA
REMOCIÓN: agarre el aro por los costados y
jale en dirección de la flecha.
AJUSTE: instale el aro sobre el cabezal,
haciendo coincidir la ranura que se encuentra
sobre el aro con la protuberancia que se
encuentra sobre el cuerpo del aparato; esto
evita que el aro se mueva cuando ajusta la
distancia.

• El quitapelusas es fácil de usar. Antes del
primer uso, deberá cargar la unidad por 16
horas. Después de la carga inicial, cada carga
demorará 12 horas. Nota: la batería recargable

ciclos de carga/descarga.
