IMPORTANT SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, especially when
children are present, basic safety precautions should
always be taken, including the following:

DANGER
Any appliance is electrically
live, even when the switch is off.
WARNING To reduce the risk of
burns, electrocution, fire, injury or death to
persons:
1. Always unplug appliance from electrical
outlet immediately after using (except when charging
unit). Do not allow to be used as a toy.
2. Do not place or store appliance where it could fall or
be pulled into a tub or sink.
3. Do not use appliance while bathing or in the shower.
4. Do not place appliance in, or drop into water or
other liquids.
5. If appliance has fallen into water, do not reach for it.
Unplug immediately.
6. Unplug this appliance before cleaning.
7. Do not operate the charger if it has a damaged cord
or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been
dropped or damaged or dropped into water.
8. Do not place or store the charging cable where it
can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
9. Do not immerse charging cable in water or any
other liquids.
10. If charging cable falls into water or another liquid,
unplug immediately.
12. Not for use by children.
13. Do not pull, twist or wrap the cord around the
appliance.
14. Never drop or insert any object into any opening
on the appliance.
15. THIS PRODUCT IS FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
16. Do not leave appliance when plugged in. Unplug
from outlet when not in use and before cleaning and
servicing.
17. Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug,
grasp the plug, not the cord.
18. Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
CAUTION
1. Dry location use only. Do not expose to liquids,
vapor, or rain.
2. Ensure jack is plugged into the unit before
plugging the USB cable into the outlet.
3. Do not operate any appliance that has a damaged
output cord or housing.
4. Always unplug the unit before cleaning or when
not in use.
5. Be sure voltage is correct before plugging in. The
rated input is 5V DC 200mA.
The True Glow® Microdermabrasion Unit handle, char-
ger and cable have no serviceable parts. If the charger
cord is damaged, it must be unplugged and replaced.
Call 1-800-3-CONAIR for instructions or to purchase
replacement brush heads.

SPECIAL CAUTIONS FOR DELICATE AREAS
The True Glow® Microdermabrasion Unit is intended to
gently remove dirt and makeup from your pores with-
out irritation, resulting in healthy-looking skin.
If you are under a doctor’s care for any skin condition,
or if you think you have very sensitive skin, please
consult your physician before use.
We recommend starting on the LOW setting and slowly
increasing speed, depending on how your skin reacts to
treatment. If rash or irritation occurs, stop use.
We recommend not sharing the device.
If you experience any pain or discomfort during use,
stop using and consult your physician.

RECHARGEABLE
The True Glow® Microdermabrasion Unit is cordless
and requires a full charge before use. After unit is
fully charged, it can provide up to 35 minutes of use
without recharging.
OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
There is a built-in, rechargeable Li-polymer battery.
Do not throw into fire, apply heat, use or leave in a
high-temperature environment.

CHARGING THE
MICRODERMABRASION UNIT
1. Before using the for the Microdermabrasion Unit
first time, it must be fully charged for 2.5–3.5 hours.
Plug the power cable into a wall outlet and plug the
DC jack into the back of the unit. The white LED
lights up, indicating that the unit is charging.
2. The charging indicator under the control panel will
flash BRIGHT WHITE when charging. Once fully
charged, the light will illuminate SOLID WHITE.
Always check to ensure that the charging light
illuminates when you plug the charging cable into the
Microdermabrasion unit..
3. The WHITE light will start flashing for 5 seconds
and then shut off when the unit reaches low battery
capacity during operation.
4. The adapter may become warm while charging;
this is normal operation.
5. In order to maintain the optimum capacity of the
rechargeable battery, the Microdermabrasion Unit
should be given a full, 2.5–3.5-hour charge every 3
months.
6. Unplug the adapter from the wall and the cable
when not in use. Do not unplug the adapter from the
wall when it is still connected to the unit. This will
cause the battery to discharge
STARTING THE MICRODERMABRASION UNIT AND
SELECTING THE SPEEDS
Press the ON/OFF button 1 second and it will start
at LOW setting, 2 times for setting and 3 MEDIUM
times for setting. The white indicator will illuHIGH -
minate with different brightness (Low: dark; Med:
bright; High: more bright) indicating the setting on
the control panel.
STOPPING THE MICRODERMABRASION UNIT
At any time, the can be Microdermabrasion Unit
stopped by pressing and holding the ON/OFF button
for more than 1 second.
ATTACHING AND REMOVING
MICRODERMABRASION HEADS
To attach the different attachments, hold the unit
and push in the attachment onto the post until it
snaps in place. To remove attachment heads, simply
pull attachment off of the unit.
It is recommended to clean attachment head and
unit after each use. If not clean, performance could
be affected. Change the filter if the suction strength
is weak.

OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Thoroughly cleanse and dry the skin.
2. Test on a small area of the neck or forearm.
3. Pull the skin taut with your free hand to allow the
device to smoothly glide over the skin.
4. Move device in an upward, fluid motion across
the skin. Do not hover in any spots.
Do not use directly above or below eyes.
5. Immediately after treatment, wash and dry the skin.
6. Apply a calming toner and recovery moisturizer.
7. Clean the attachment head and unit after each
use with rubbing alcohol or antibacterial soap.
8. Wait 6 to 7 days between treatments.
NOTE: Do not do more than two passes over the
same area during treatment.

1. After each use, wipe the device with a damp
cloth to remove any oils or lotions used during
treatment. Be sure you keep the charging contacts
on the clean.Microdermabrasion Unit
2. After each use, clean the device to prevent
buildup of oils and lotions. The 2 pin contacts must
be clean for the unit to charge properly.
3. Clean the attachment head and unit after each
use for sanitation purposes by rinsing under warm,
soapy water to help remove oil and lotion buildup.
Clean the attachment head and unit after each use
with rubbing alcohol or antibacterial soap. Wipe with
a dry cloth and store unit in its box or in a clean,
dry place.
4. Do not put unit in dishwasher for cleaning.

The batteries are sealed inside the True Glow®
Microdermabrasion Unit, so they cannot be easily
removed for recycling. The entire True Glow®
Microdermabrasion Unit should be returned when
recycling the batteries for this product.
LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
(U.S. AND CANADA ONLY)
Conair will repair or replace (at our option) your unit
free of charge for 12 months from the date of
purchase if the appliance is defective in
workmanship or materials.
To obtain service under this warranty, return the
defective product to the service center listed on back
that is nearest you, together with your purchase
receipt. California residents need only provide proof
of purchase and should call 1-800-3-CONAIR for
shipping instructions. In the absence of a purchase
receipt, the warranty period shall be
12 months from the date of manufacture.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS,
OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED
