Customizing Your Body Analysis Monitor

This scale can be customized for up to 4 users. While the customization process is

not difﬁcult, it may be easiest to read all the instructions ﬁrst to familiarize yourself

with them. Then keep the instruction manual handy as you go through the process

step by step.

Buttons: SET, Up and Down arrows

1. To set your user data

Gently push on the scale with your foot. "000" will appear, then "0.0" will display.

2. Setting the user number

Press the SET button. “P-01” will appear and ﬂash. Use the Up or Down

arrow to select a user number (P-01 to P-04).

Press SET to conﬁrm.

3. Setting the height

Next, the inch or cm symbol will light up (if switch is set to lb,

default is height in inches; if switch is set to kg, default is

height in cm). Press the Up or Down arrow to adjust the height.

Pressing and holding either the Up or the Down arrow will

advance numbers quickly. Press SET to conﬁrm the height.

4. Setting the age

The default age, 25, will appear and ﬂash. Press the Up or Down arrow to

adjust the age and press SET to conﬁrm.

5. Setting the gender

The gender icon will ﬂash. Press the Up or Down arrow to choose male or

female gender. Press SET to conﬁrm.

6. Displaying and storing data

Once gender is set, data storage is complete. Scale will display your

stored data (user number, height, age and gender) for a few seconds.

7. The scale is ready for use.

“0.0” will show on the display. You may press the SET button to revise the user data

or set up data for different user, or you can now use the scale to take your body

analysis readings. Or, you can let the display turn off automatically after a few seconds

and use the scale later.

Body Analysis

1. Operate the scale on a secure, ﬂat ﬂoor. Gently press the

scale with your foot until you see “000” ﬂashing on the display.

Take your foot off the scale immediately, and wait until “0.0”

appears.

2. Press the Up or Down arrow to select your user number and recall the stored

data. Then “0.0” will appear again.

3. Step on the scale barefoot with your feet aligned on the electrodes (metal

strips) on both sides of the platform.

NOTE: You must be barefoot in order for the scale to read your body

analysis measurements.

4. Your current weight will be displayed for a few seconds.

5. Next, the display will show a running 0 to show it is entering

the body analysis mode.

6. Then the display will show your body fat.

7. Then it will show your body water percentage.

8. Next, the display will show muscle mass.

9. Then it will show your bone mass.

10. And ﬁnally, the display will show your BMI value.

11. The LCD will display your current weight, body fat, body

water, muscle mass, bone mass and BMI again, and then turn off

automatically.

NOTE: If an error occurs, or weight is over maximum capacity, the

scale will not function properly and “Err” will appear.

Scale will show “Err” if there is improper foot contact in the body

analysis mode, for instance, if you stand on the scale with socks or shoes

on. Hard or dry skin can also prevent you from making proper contact

with electrodes on the surface of the scale. Try applying a small a ount of

moisturizer to your feet before using the scale.

Manual App Tracking

Your scale will work with the free WW Scales by Conair® app to

give you an easy-to-use way of tracking your measurements. To

download the app, go to the Apple® App Store or Google Play

app store and type WW scales by Conair into the search box.

Once you have downloaded the app to your device, it will walk

you through the registration process. Note that if you are a WW

member and would like to have your weight data sync automatically to the WW

member app, you will need to register with the same user name and password

you are currently using for the WW member app. Once you are registered, you can

manually add data into the app tracker by tapping the “+” sign on the dashboard:

you can choose to add data every time you weigh yourself, or just add data on

certain days. You can choose to add just one measurement (for instance, weight)

for tracking, or you can add any or all of the body analysis measurements, such

as body fat, body water, bone mass, muscle mass and BMI. The app gives you an

easy, fun way to keep track of the progress you are making.

center listed, together with your sales receipt. California residents need only

provide proof of purchase and should call 1-800-3-CONAIR for shipping

instructions. In the absence of a receipt, the warranty period shall be 120 months

from the date of manufacture.
