ECR-3: (Cos -metre) jMikroilemci tabanlı ECR-3, sistemin cos sinin (yerdeğitirme güç j
katsayısı) ölçümü için gelitirilmitir. Ayrıca iletme yükünün indüktif veya kapasitif durumunu
gösterir. cos ’nin negatif iaretli olması sistemin kapasitif olduğunu, iaretin olmaması ise j
sistemin indüktif olduğunu gösterir.
ECR-3 ayrıca RG-A ve RG-E serisi reaktif güç kontrol röleleri ile birlikte cos ölçümünde kullanılır.j
EFC-3: (Frekansmetre) EFC-3Mikroilemci tabanlı endüstri tesislerinde iletme gerilim
frekansının hassasiyetle ölçülmesi için gelitirilmitir.
Kullanım ve Çalışma Prensipleri
ECR-3: Uygulamalarda görülmütür ki, bir kompanzasyon sisteminde en uygun çalıma
noktasının ayarlanması, reaktif güç kontrol rölesi ile birlikte Cos -metre kullanmakla j
gerçekletirilebilmektedir. Aksi halde rastgele ayarlanan bir röle, p1-ya osilasyona veya yetersiz
kompanzasyon nedeniyle reaktif bedel ödenmesine yol açmaktadır.Bu amaçla gelitirilen ECR-3,
dijital göstergesiyle kullanıcıya hassas ve kolay ölçme imkanı sağlamaktadır.

EFC-3: EFC-3, 20- 400Hz arası frekansları, ölçme giriine bir voltmetre gibi bağlanmak
suretiyle ölçen, 3 haneli bir ölçüm cihazıdır.Ölçme devresi “kristal” kontrollü olup, sayma
sapması sözkonusu değildir. Ayrıca dijital göstergesi kullanıcıya hassas ve kolay ölçme imkanı
sağlamaktadır. Besleme girii faz-nötr veya faz-faz arasında bağlanabilir. Aağıdaki bağlantı

General (ECR-3 and EFC-3)
ECR-3: Cosj -meter is microprocessor based and developed to measure the cos (the displacement j
power factor) of the system.
ECR-3 indicates whether the load is inductive or capacitive .If there is a negative sign then the load is
capacitive, and if there is no sign then it is inductive.
ECR-3 can also be used with RG-A/ RG-E series Power Factor Controllers, in order to indicate the cos j
EFC-3: Frequency meter is developed for accurate measurement of the line frequency in industrial
plants.
Operation Principles
ECR-3: In compensation systems, a more ecient cos correction can be obtained by utilizing a j
cosj meter.
The problems due to insucient compensation and unwanted oscillations in systems can be elimi-
nated by the help of monitoring cos .j
ECR-3 provides the user an easy and accurate measurement of cos with its digital indicator. j

EFC-3; measures the line frequency accurately between 20 and 400 Hz. EFC-3 is a 3-digit device
and its “crystal” controlled, measuring circuit is very accurate and has a long life.The supply input
for EFC-3 may be connected as phase-neutral or phase-phase. Please see the following connection
diagrams.

ECR-3’ün RG-A / RG-E Serileriyle Kullanımı
Cosj-metre bağlantı emasında görüldüğü gibi, iletmeye uygun “...../5A”çevirme oranına sahip
bir akım trafosuyla ebekeye bağlanır.Bağlantı yapılırken besleme geriliminin akım trafosunun
bağlandığı fazdan alınmasına çok dikkat edilmelidir.
Akım ölçme girii,, cihaz içinde yer alan 5A nominal girili bir trafo üzerinden gerçekletiğinden,
ana akım redüktörünü yüklemez ve reaktif güç kontrol rölesi ile tek akım redüktöründen seri
bağlanmak suretiyle kullanılabilir.
Aağıdaki bağlantı emalarında ECR-3’ün RG-A/E serisi reaktif güç kontrol röleleriyle birlikte
nasıl kullanılabileceği gösterilmektedir:

Utilization of ECR-3 with RG-A / RG-E Series
The characteristic conversion ratio of the current transformer
is .../5A. If Cos meter shows capacitive loads, even though the loads connected to the lines are j
mostly inductive (motors, transformers,etc.), the connactions for the current transformer should
be interchanged.
In order for ECR-3 to measure accurately, the current owing through the current transformer
should be at least 2 % of the nominal current (In).
