- With the seat facing Opposite to the direction of travel :
choose the slots at the shoulders of the child’s height or slightly below
(Fig. 23).
- With the seat facing in the direction of travel:
choose the slots at the shoulders of the child’s height or slightly above
(Fig. 24).
To change the position of the shoulder straps, proceed as follows:
Loosen the belts as much as possible by pressing the harness release
button (part “L”), located in the front middle of the child seat, and
pulling out the steel plate, connecting the shoulder straps and the
adjustment strap, located behind the seat (Fig. 25).
Place the seatback in the fully reclined position, using the lever tilt
adjustment (part “N”).
Unhook the shoulder straps from the connecting plate (Fig. 25).
Pull both belts from the slots where they are and pass them through the
most suitable ones in relation to the child's height (Fig. 26).
The belts securing the shoulder straps' pads to the backrest must also
be moved accordingly, in the same slots of the harness belts.
Having done that, carefully check that the belts have not been twisted
and tension is adequately adjusted through the harness adjustment
strap (part “C”).
In case of a difficult sliding, check that the seat belt routing is correct.

Place the child in the child seat and fasten the harness belts combining
the two tabs (Fig. 19) and inserting them into the buckle until you hear
a 'click', which confirms they're correctly fastened (Fig. 20).
Place the harness straps as indicated in Fig. 21, on the shoulders (a) and
the pelvis (b), and the buckle (c) between the child's legs.
Pulling the frontal adjustment belt (part “C”), tighten the straps making
them adherent to the child's body.
NOTE: Too much tension can be fastidious for the child with the risk
that the latter attempts to get rid of it.
For this reason, the adjustment of the belts must simply eliminate any
excessive slack.
The SF01 seat can accommodate children forward facing as early as
they weigh 9 kg.
For children weighing more than 13 kg, the child seat MUST be turned
in the travel direction and on a compatible seat of the vehicle, as
indicated in its user manual.
In this condition, the retractable spacer MUST be rotated in the position
shown in Fig. 27.
NOTE: The rotation of the retractable spacer is possible only when
the seat is adjusted to its maximum reclined position.
IMPORTANT: When installing the seat in the travel direction, please do
NOT use the retractable spacer rotated forward. An excessive lying
position may be dangerous to the child, in the event of an accident.
- Place the child restraint on the appropriate seat of the vehicle in the
travel direction.
- Please check the vehicle's seat headrest is not in the way for a proper

- Fasten the seat belt to the relevant buckle (Fig. 35).
- Make sure the belt is not twisted.
- Tighten completely the diagonal section of the belt by pulling it with
force and making it recover the slack inside the retractor.
- Close the two clamps, placed on both sides of the base.
- Ensure that the seat is securely fastened in the car seat.
- Release the harness buckle by pressing down on the red button
(Fig. 17).
Loosen the harness belts by pressing the push button located at the
middle front of the seat (Part “L”) and pulling forward the shoulder belts
from above or below the shoulder strap pads (Fig.18).
CAUTION: the shoulder straps and the crotch belt pads have a fixed
length that cannot be adjusted.
Place the child between the harness belts and fasten the harness belts
combining the two tabs (Fig. 19) and inserting them into the buckle
until you hear a 'click', which confirms they're correctly fastened (Fig. 20).

Removing the child seat
The SF01 Q-fix seat can be removed by pressing on the push bottons
located on the sides of the Isofix arms, to disconnect them from the

Il seggiolino auto SF01 è omologato, in conformità con la Norma ECE
R44/04, come dispositivo di ritenuta per bambini per i gruppi di massa
0+ e 1, (che significa dalla nascita fino al peso di 18 kg) secondo due
distinte modalità di installazione, in relazione al peso del bambino.
-I bambini di peso inferiore a 9 kg devono essere assicurati sul
seggiolino SF01 rivolto in senso opposto alla direzione di marcia del
veicolo. Si consiglia di mantenere il seggiolino in senso opposto alla
direzione di marcia fino al raggiungimento del peso di 13 kg.
-Per i bambini di peso superiore a 13 kg, il seggiolino SF01 deve essere
rivolto esclusivamente in direzione di marcia del veicolo.

-Per lo stesso motivo non possono essere impiegati ricambi o accessori
che non siano forniti direttamente dal fabbricante del seggiolino stesso.
-Non lasciare mai nessun bambino incustodito all'interno del veicolo,
nemmeno per brevi intervalli di tempo.
-La fibbia del seggiolino è un componente primario per la sicurezza;
dissuadete il bambino dal giocare con essa.
-Non installare né rimuovere il seggiolino dall'auto con dentro il
bambino.
-I rivestimenti in tessuto costituiscono parte integrante del prodotto e
devono sempre essere presenti sul seggiolino auto, sostituendoli con
altri forniti solamente dal fabbricante quando troppo logorati dall'uso.
-Evitare che il seggiolino possa entrare in contatto con acidi, solventi o
qualunque altro tipo di sostanza corrosiva.
-Qualsiasi seggiolino auto deve sempre essere sostituito dopo un
incidente, anche di modesta entità.
-Un incidente può determinare lesioni strutturali, anche non evidenti,
che possono compromettere l'efficacia protettiva del seggiolino auto in
caso di ulteriore incidente.
-Per questo motivo si sconsiglia fortemente l'acquisto o l'utilizzo di
seggiolini auto di seconda mano.
Il seggiolino auto SF01 Q-fix dispone di diverse regolazioni per meglio
adattarsi alle esigenze del vostro bambino:
1) L'angolazione della seduta è regolabile, per permettere al bambino di
riposare meglio durante i lunghi viaggi , sempre in condizione di
massima sicurezza.
2) Il rialzo a scomparsa, sotto la base del seggiolino, che deve essere
regolato in due diverse posizioni, in base all'orientamento del seggiolino
rispetto alla direzione di marcia.

Avvertenza: la presenza di eventuali bottoni o cuciture sulla cintura di
sicurezza potrebbe impedire l'utilizzo di uno dei bloccacintura.
In questo caso, fare passare la cintura al di sopra di esso (Fig. 37),
bloccandola solamente sul lato opposto.
L'utilizzo di un solo bloccacintura non pregiudica in alcun modo la
stabilità e la sicurezza del seggiolino.
-Passare il tratto diagonale soltanto nel passaggio guida cintura più
vicino all'arrotolatore (ossia quello del lato opposto rispetto alla fibbia di
aggancio), contrassegnato da un indicatore di colore rosso (Fig. 34).
-Agganciare la cintura di sicurezza alla propria fibbia (Fig. 35).
-Assicurarsi che la cintura non sia attorcigliata
-Tendere con forza il tratto diagonale della cintura, facendone
recuperare l'eccedenza dall'arrotolatore.
-Chiudere le pinze blocca-cintura sui due lati della base.
-Assicurarsi che il seggiolino sia saldamente fissato sul sedile dell'auto.
Sganciare la fibbia del gruppo cinture del seggiolino premendo verso il
basso il pulsante rosso (Fig. 17).
Allentare il gruppo cinture premendo il pulsante di regolazione posto
nella parte anteriore della seduta (particolare L) e tirando in avanti le
cinture delle spalle afferrandole al di sopra o al di sotto degli spallacci
(Fig. 18).
ATTENZIONE: gli spallacci, come pure la cintura intergambale che
porta la fibbia, hanno una lunghezza fissa che non può essere regolata.
Collocare il bambino nel seggiolino e allacciare le cinghie unendo le due
linguette, destra e sinistra (Fig.19) e inserendole nella fibbia fino a
sentire un 'clic', indicante che sono correttamente agganciate (Fig. 20).
Facendo riferimento alla Fig. 22, disporre le cinghie sulle spalle (a) e
sull'addome (b), e la fibbia (c) tra le gambe del bambino.
Tirando la cinghia di regolazione anteriore (componente C), tendere le
cinture in modo che siano ben aderenti al corpo del bambino.

-Anche quando il seggiolino è stato lasciato montato nel veicolo,
controllare sempre che la cintura del veicolo sia posizionata
correttamente e ben allacciata, prima di collocare il bambino nel
seggiolino.
Importante: Non importa quanto il seggiolino per bambini sia stato
progettato bene; se installato in modo scorretto, potrebbe non essere in
grado di proteggere adeguatamente il bambino,in caso di incidente.
NOTA: Qualsiasi seggiolino auto può lasciare impronte sui sedili del
veicolo.
Questo prodotto è stato concepito con l'obiettivo di minimizzare quanto
più possibile questo effetto per non danneggiare i sedili su cui viene
installato.
Il produttore declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali impronte
derivanti dall'uso normale del seggiolino.
Guasti
- In caso di caduta accidentale o di eventuali danni visibili, rivolgersi al
rivenditore.
-Qualsiasi malfunzionamento del gruppo cinture potrebbe
compromettere la protezione del bambino.
-In caso di funzionamento anomalo della fibbia, o di qualsiasi altra parte
del seggiolino, non utilizzare il prodotto e rivolgersi al rivenditore.
ATTENZIONE: Nessuna parte del seggiolino SF01 necessita di
lubrificazione; una buona pulizia è sufficiente per garantire il
funzionamento delle sue parti.
Le parti in plastica possono essere facilmente pulite usando solo acqua
e sapone; non usare mai solventi, alcool o detergenti aggressivi.

IMPORTANT: L'utilisation des connecteurs pour les fixations sur les
points d'ancrage Isofix N'EXCLUT PAS l'emploi de la ceinture de sécurité
du véhicule, qui reste le moyen principal et indispensable pour fixer le
siège bébé en toute sécurité.

Le siège auto SF01 est approuvé conformément à la norme ECE R44 / 04,
en tant que dispositif de retenue pour enfants pour les groupes de
masse 0+ et 1 (ce qui signifie de la naissance jusqu'à un poids de 18 kg)
selon deux différentes modalités d'installation, en fonction du poids de
l'enfant.
-Les enfants pesant moins de 9 kg doivent être transportés dans le siège

Exclusions
Toute modification au siège non autorisée peut invalider cette garantie,
étant le fabricant seul autorisé à apporter des modifications et fournir
ses pièces de rechange nécessaires d'origine.
L'usure des revêtements de tissu, causés par son utilisation, n'est pas
couverte par cette garantie.
Cette garantie n'a aucun effet contre les dommages causés par une
mauvaise utilisation du produit ou les dommages causés par un
accident.
Les conditions de cette garantie sont conformes à la directive
européenne 99/44 / CE du 25 mai 1999.

Herstellers die Bemerkung “Universal” für Kindersitze mit der

finden sollten, fragen Sie ihren Händler oder den Hersteller.
Dieser kiwy kann nur in Autos mit 3-Punkt-Automatikgurt nach ECE R16
Regulation oder einem anderen gültigen Standard installiert werden.

SEMI-UNIVERSAL Kategorie:
Der kiwy SF01 Q-FIX ist ein Semi-Universal Kinderautositz, geprüft nach
ECE Richtlinien R44/04 für das Einbauen in den meisten
Kraftfahrzeugen, ausgestattet mit 3-Punkt-Automatik-Sicherheitsgurt
(Richtlinie No. 16 oder anderer regulärer Standard) und Isofix Adapter.
Bitte überprüfen Sie die beiliegnede Fahrzeugliste, ob der kiwy SF01 in
Ihr Fahrzeug montiert werden darf.
Falls Sie ihr Fahrzeug nicht in der Liste finden sollten, fragen Sie ihren
Händler oder den Hersteller.
WICHTIGE Notiz: Der Einbau ist immer mit dem 3-Punkt-Automatikgurt
zusammen mit dem Q-Fix für die ISOFIX Verankerungspunkte im Auto
vorzunehmen.

während der Fahrt angeschnallt sind.
- Der kiwy Kinderautositz SF01 muss immer fest angeschnallt im
Fahrzeug befördert werden. Auch dann, wenn momentan kein Kind
befördert wird. Das schützt Sie bei einem Unfall vor Verletzungen und
Schäden im Fahrzeug.
- Einbau des kiwy Kinderautositzes auf dem mittleren hinteren
Fahrzeugsitz ist nur möglich, wenn dieser mit einem 3-Punk-Sicherheits-
Automatikgurt ausgestattet ist. Bitte beachten Sie die Fahrzeug
Hinweise hierzu.
- Bei längeren Fahrten ist es wichtig regelmäßig Pausen zu machen,
damit Ihr Baby und Sie sich erholen können. Lösen Sie dazu die 5-fach
Gurte im Sitz.
- Bevor Sie weiter fahren, überprüfen Sie die korrekte Montage des kiwy
Kinderautositzes und das ihr Kind bequem und sicher angeschnallt ist.
- Benutzen Sie immer das Kuschel Kissen im kiwy Sitz bis ihr Baby ein
Gewicht von ca. 5 KG erreicht hat. Wiegt Ihr Baby mehr als 5 KG
entfernen Sie das Kissen.
-Benutzen Sie den kiwy Kinderautositz SF01 nur nach den
vorgegebenen Angaben in dieser Einbauanleitung und beachten
Sie unbedingt das Gewicht Ihres Babys. Dadurch wird die Variante

Je nach Modell benutzen Sie zum Befestigen immer Q-Fix für die ISOFIX

-Benutzen Sie den kiwy Kinderautositz niemals im Auto, wenn die
Installation des Sitzes nur teilweise durchgeführt wurde! Bitte beachten
Sie diese Montageanleitung für den sicheren Einbau.
