SWITCHING MODES
i) Timer mode ii) Random mode iii) On mode iv) Off mode v) Dusk ‘Til’ Dawn mode
i). Timer Mode
The timer will turn on and off for a pre-set time period or until the light rises above the setting of the sensor.
1). Set the RANDOM switch to the OFF postition.
2). Set the MODE switch for the required time period - 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours.
ii). Random Mode
1). Set the RANDOM switch to the ON postition.
2). Set the MODE switch for the required time period.
iii) On Mode (Manual ‘ON’ switch) Set the MODE to the ON position. The timer is now permanently on.
iv) Off Mode (Manual ‘OFF’ switch) Set the MODE switch to the OFF position.The timer is now permanently off.
v) Dusk ‘Til’ Dawn mode The timer switches on at dusk and off at dawn depending on the setting of the Sensitivity regulator.
1. Set the MODE switch to the DUSK TO DAWN position. The timer will switch on and off randomly for a pre-set time period or until the light level
increases above the setting of the sensor.
SENSITIVITY REGULATOR
The light level at which the timer switches on or off can be adjusted by means of the Sensitivity regulator. To set the light level to turn the timer off:
1. Set the MODE switch to the DUSK TO DAWN position.
2. Turn the Sensitivity regulator clockwise to turn on/off at higher light levels, or anti-clockwise for lower light levels.
IMPORTANT
The timer should be removed from the socket before setting the time interval for all modes. The count down time will be reset to the preset time when the light
level rises above the setting of the sensor. The timer can be reset by disconnection of the power for at least 15 seconds.
POWER INDICATOR
The power indicator will light when there is power to the timer socket.
POSITIONING OF THE TIMER
The Dusk ‘Til’ Dawn Timer should be in a socket that is exposed to direct daylight. Ensure that the sensor is not activated by external or internal lighting.

TIMER MODE - The timer will turn on at dusk and remain on for the pre-set time or until the light level rises above the setting of the sensor.
RANDOM MODE-The timer will switch on and off randomly for a pre-set time period or until the light level increases above the setting of the sensor.
DUSK TO DAWN-The timer switches on at dusk and off at dawn MANUAL OVERRIDE-lnstant ON/OFF operation

Maximum Incandescent lamp load: 3 Amps, 720 Watts. Operating Temperature: 0 C- 35 C.
