WARNINGS
yLithium-ion batteries must be used and charged properly. Improper use can result in
serious injury, re, or death.
yNOT FOR USE IN HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS. Do not use this product in explosive
atmospheres, near ammable liquids, or where explosion proof or intrinsically safe
lighting is required.
yDO NOT use this product in the proximity of vehicles or equipment when there is a
risk of ammable liquids coming into contact with the ashlight.
yLight can become hot while on. To prevent damage DO NOT cover or place next to
any potentially ammable materials while in use.
yDo not leave the battery in direct sunlight or use or store the battery inside cars in
hot weather.
yDo not expose the battery to water or salt water, or allow the battery to get wet.
yDo not store the battery with metallic objects that may cause a short circuit.
yImmediately discontinue use of the battery if the battery emits an unusual smell,
feels hot, changes color, changes shape or appears abnormal in any way.
yKeep out of the reach of children.
INITIAL USE
yFully charge the NSR-1514 before the rst use, or if the battery is new or has been
unused for several months. The maximum charge time required is approximately 9
hours.
DAILY USE
yUse only the supplied Nightstick AC, DC adapter, or USB cord. For best performance,
charge the NSR-1514 when the light starts to dim.
yConnect the AC, DC adapter, or USB cord into the bottom of the light.
yThe total time to full charge the NSR-1514 varies depending on the remaining

THANK YOU FOR PURCHASING THE NSR-1514 LED WORK LIGHT.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING YOUR WORK LIGHT.
Please read these instructions before using your NSR-1514. They include important
safety and operation information. Be sure to charge the 1514 fully before the rst use.

yIn order for the light to be waterproof the rubber plug must be reinserted into the
charging port.
OPERATION
CAUTION: BECAUSE THE NSR-1514 HAS A MAGNETIC BASE, IT IS LIKELY
THAT IT WILL BE PLACED IN AN ELEVATED POSITION ABOVE THE GROUND.
THEREFORE CAUTION SHOULD BE USED TO BE CERTAIN THAT THE MAGNET
IS SECURELY ATTACHED TO THE METAL SURFACE BEFORE RELEASING THE
LIGHT. IT IS ALSO ADVISED THAT EXTRA CARE BE TAKEN WHEN ADJUSTING
OR MOVING THE CORD SO THAT THE WORK LIGHT DOES NOT COME LOOSE
AND FALL TO THE GROUND.
The NSR-1514 has a single sealed push button switch located on the back of the
light head.
Turning the light on high mode:
yPress and release the button one time.
Turning the light on low mode:
yPress and release the button a second time.
Turning the light off:
yPress and release the button a third time.
WARRANTY
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Bayco Products, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship
and materials to the original purchaser for one (1) year from the date of purchase, and
includes the LEDs, housing, lenses, electronics, switches, rechargeable batteries and
chargers. Bulbs (other than LEDs) are covered for ninety (90) days from the date of
purchase. Disposable non-rechargeable batteries are excluded from this warranty.
Normal wear and failures which are caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, faulty
installation and lightning damage are also excluded.
Consequential damages, incidental damages or incidental expenses, including
damage to property are also not covered under this warranty. Some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specic legal rights,
which may vary from state to state.
IN NO EVENT WILL BAYCO PRODUCTS, INC. OR ITS AFFILIATES OR
SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF
ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT
LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER,
FROM ALL CAUSES OF ACTION AND ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY, WILL BE
LIMITED TO AND WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT
PAID BY CUSTOMER.
If this product is used for rental purposes, the warranty term is reduced to 90 days
from the date of purchase.
WARRANTY CLAIMS – USA
Return the product to the place of purchase for all warranty related issues. If this is
not possible, contact Bayco Customer Service at (800) 233-2155 M-F 8-5 Central Time
for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Do not return this product to Bayco without rst
receiving an RGA Number from Bayco Customer Service. When returning the product,
the RGA Number must be written on the outside of the shipping box.
WARRANTY CLAIMS – OUTSIDE OF USA
Return the product to the place where purchased for all warranty related issues.
EXTENT OF COVERED WARRANTY WORK
Bayco will repair or replace this product at our option. If it is determined that the
warranty is no longer in effect, Bayco will contact you with a repair estimate before
