Thank you for purchasing a NILOX DOC URBAN electric scooter.
Please read this manual carefully before using the product and store it in a safe place for
future reference.

1. Introduction
This product is a foldable assisted electric scooter. It can accelerate by being pushed and
decelerate using the foot brake or the brake on the handlebars.

3. Warnings
- Only use the battery supplied.
- This is not a toy. This product should be used by adults or minors with AM licences.
- Check the current trac regulations relating to scooters where the Doc Urban is used.
- In pedestrian areas it is not possible to exceed a speed of 6 Km/h
- Ensure that all parts of the Doc Urban are secured (for example that the screws on the
handlebars are tight )
- Always wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement and use personal
protection equipment: on hands/wrists, knees, head and elbows.
- Do not transport objects while riding the scooter
- When using the scooter pay attention to other people around you and keep a safe
distance
- Ensure that both feet are positioned correctly on the plate
- We recommend not to accelerate and stop the suddenly to avoid losing control of the
scooter.
- Do not do any tricks.
- Do not get on and o the scooter when it is still moving.
- Respect the maximum rider weight.

- Avoid using the product in adverse weather conditions (for example rain, hail or snow) to
avoid damage to the electrical circuits or motor. In addition avoid using Doc Urban on
slippery surfaces or on gravel or sand. Do not get on and of the Doc Urban on steep paths
or when going up or down hill.
- In the event of poor visibility it is necessary to turn on the front and rear lights and wear
high-visibility reective clothing.
- Do not use the Doc Urban in temperatures below -5°.
- Do not use the Doc Urban with the kick bar lowered.
- The Doc Urban is intended to be used by only one person at a time.
- Using the Doc Urban is not recommended for people with limited motor skills, those with
impaired psychological status or pregnant women.
- When using the Doc Urban for the rst time rst try it in an open area away from dangers
to practice safely.
- Do not use in flammable environments.
- The manufacturer, importer and distributor are not liable for any damage caused to
persons or things in the event of improper use of the Doc Urban.
- Do not attempt to repair the product by yourself, in the event of malfunction contact your
dealer.
- Disconnect from the power supply before cleani ng
- To clean it wipe with a damp cloth or use a solution suitable for cleaning similar devices.
Do not immerse in water or try to clean it with jets of water.
- To preserve the battery, it must be charged every 30 days even if the Doc Urban is not
used, otherwise the battery loses eciency at the expense of autonomy
- The maximum travel distance when charged can vary according to various factors such as
the rider’s weight, the gradient of the journey, surface characteristics and correct battery
maintenance.
4. Folding and unfolding the scooter

Below 20% recharge the scooter.
Turn the ignition key. Rotate the throttle handle to move the scooter at the desired speed.
Doc Urban has three dierent speeds of 6/20/25 km/h. Pushing the - buttons the gears +/
change from 1-2- To slow down, push the brake lever and turn the throttle handle 3.
anticlockwise Turn the key to turn o the Doc Urban. .

6. Battery and charger
6.1. Lithium battery
Fully charge the battery when you rst use the Doc Urban
6.1.1. When the battery is running low recharge it immediately to avoid
damaging it and limiting autonomy.
6.1.2. If the scooter is not used for a long time, charge it at least once a month.
6.1.3. If the battery capacity is lower than the protection status and the scooter
does not work contact your dealer immediately.
6.2. Recharging
The battery charger supplied has a charging protection function. Power is automatically cut
o when the battery is 100% charged. Damage caused by water, collisions and other
factors are not covered by the warranty.
6.2.1. Open the rubber cover on the charging port on the lower part of the foot plate
of the scooter and insert the power input connector into the charging port.
6.2.2. Insert the charger input plug into the power outlet (AC100V-240V).
6.2.3. . If the indicator on the charger is red the battery is charging; when it turns
green the battery is fully charged.
6.2.4. When charging the battery always place it in a dry and ventilated place.
7 Care and Maintenance .
Lubrication: a small quantity of white grease or lubricant must be applied to the steering
column folding mechanism every three months.
Wheels this product is tted with solid wheels. If a wheel needs to be replaced due to :
obvious wear or damage, please contact the service centre to replace it with an original one.
Always check the wheels are tightened.

8. Positioning and daily care
Do not leave the scooter in the sun or in humid places for long periods; clean it with a dry or
damp cloth.

10. Warranty (Validity and Limitations)
- The warranty validity period for consumers, i.e. those that purchase items for purposes
unrelated to their professional or business activity is 2 years from delivery.
For those that purchase items using a VAT Code for purposes related to their professional
activity it is 1 year from delivery as the law states.
- The warranty is valid in the event the product has a material or manufacturing defect.
Consumers are not entitled to the warranty in the following cases:
- lack of proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

- attempts to repair parts and/or changes carried out by unauthorised parties
- using accessories or items that are not supplied with the product;
- normal wear and tear of the product;
- accidental damage and falls;

ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
This product may contain substances that can be harmful to the environment and
human health if not disposed of properly. We therefore provide you with the following
information to prevent the release of such substances and to optimize the use of natural
resources. The electrical and electronic components should not be disposed of in the
normal household waste but should be properly and correctly collected and treated. The
crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the product and on this page indicates the need to
properly dispose of the product at the end of its lifespan. In this way you can avoid
non-specic treatment of the substances contained in these products, or improper use of

parts of these which can have harmful consequences for the environment and human
health. Moreover, you can contribute to the recovery, recycling and reuse of many of the
materials in these products. This is why the manufacturers and distributors of Electrical and
Electronic Equipment organize proper collection and disposal of the equipment themselves.
At the end of the product’s lifespan, please contact your dealer for instructions regarding
disposal. When purchasing this product your distributor will inform you of the possibility to
replace your old device with a new one, on condition that the type of product and its
functions are the same. If the dimensions are not over 25 cm, the electrical and electronic
equipment can be returned without any equivalent product purchase obligation. Disposal of
the product in any other way will be liable to the penalties provided by the laws in force in
the country where the product is disposed of. Moreover, we suggest the following measures
to protect the environment: recycling the inner and outer packaging supplied with the
product and disposing of used batteries (if contained in the product) correctly. With your
help, we can reduce the amount of natural resources used in the manufacture of electrical
and electronic equipment, minimize use of landlls for product disposal and improve quality
of life by preventing the release of potentially dangerous substances into the environment.
BATTERY INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT
The product contains a battery that could be replaced during the lifespan of the
product itself. Dispose of the battery contained in the product correctly at the end of its
lifespan (for instance when it can no longer be charged) by placing it in an appropriate
battery disposal container separate from the generic unsorted waste. Collection and
recycling of batteries helps protect the environment and preserve natural resources,
allowing recovery of valuable materials.

Questo prodotto è un monopattino elettrico pieghevole assistito. Può implementare

Avvertenze
- Utilizzare solo l’alimentatore fornito in dotazione.

utilizza Doc Urban
- Nelle aree pedonali non è possibile superare i 6 Km/h di velocità.
- Vericare che tutti i componenti del Doc Urban siano ssati (ad esempio viti manubrio
siano ben salde)
- Utilizzare sempre un abbigliamento che non sia di intralcio ai movimenti e utilizzare
attrezzature di protezione personale: per le mani/polsi, per le ginocchia, per la testa e per i
gomiti.
- Non trasportare oggetti durante l’utilizzo del monopattino.
- Durante la guida prestare attenzione alle altre persone e agli oggetti intorno e mantenere
un’adeguata distanza di sicurezza
- Assicurarsi che entrambi i piedi siano posizionati correttamente sulla pedana.
- Si consiglia di non accelerare e di non arrestare il veicolo in maniera improvvisa in modo
da evitare la perdita del controllo del monopattino.
- Non eseguire acrobazie.
- Non salire e scendere dal monopattino mentre è in movimento.

- Rispettare il peso massimo previsto per l’utilizzatore.
- E tilizzo del prodotto in presenza di condizioni atmosferiche avverse ( ad esempio vitare l’u
pioggia, grandine o neve) per evitare danni ai circuiti elettrici o al motore. Inoltre evitare
l’utilizzo di Doc Urban su superci con presenza di ghiaia, sabbia o scivolose. Non salire o
scendere da Doc Urban in percorsi scoscesi, in discesa o in salita.
- In caso di scarsa visibilità è necessario accendere le luci anteriori e posteriori ed utilizzare
un abbigliamento retroriettente ad alta visibilità.
- Non usare Doc Urban con temperature al di sotto dei -5°.
- Non usare Doc Urban con il cavalletto laterale abbassato .
- Il motore non va toccato appena dopo il suo l’utilizzo.
- E’ vietato salire su Doc Urban in più persone.
- L’uso di Doc Urban vietato a persone con abilità motorie limitate, a persone con stato è
psicosico alterato e a donne in gravidanza.
- In caso di primo utilizzo provare Doc Urban in un’area aperta lontano da pericoli per fare
pratica in tutta sicurezza.
- Non usare in ambienti inammabili.
- Il produttore, l’importatore ed il distributore non sono responsabili di danni provocati a
cose o persone in caso di un uso improprio di Doc Urban.

- Non provare a riparare il prodotto da soli, ma, in caso di malfunzionamento contattare il
rivenditore.
- Prima della pulizia scollegate l’alimentazione
- Per la pulizia utilizzare un panno appena inumidito con acqua o con una soluzione adatta
alla pulizia di simili dispositivi. Non immergerlo in acqua o cercare di pulirlo con getti di
acqua.
- Per preservare la batteria, questa deve essere caricata ogni 30 giorni anche se Doc Urban
non viene utilizzato. In caso contrario la batteria perderà di eicienza a scapito
dell’autonomia.
- La distanza massima percorsa con una carica può variare in base a determinati fattori
quali il peso del conducente, l’inclinazione del percorso, le caratteristiche della superficie e
la corretta manutenzione della batteria

INSTALLAZIONE E SOSTITUZIONE DELLE BATTERIE
Il prodotto contiene una batteria che potrebbe essere sostituita durante la durata
utile del prodotto stesso. Smaltire correttamente la batteria contenuta nel prodotto alla
ne della sua durata utile (ovvero, quando non può più essere caricata), collocandola in un
adeguato contenitore di raccolta batterie, separato dai riuti generici indierenziati. La
raccolta e il riciclo di batterie aiuta a proteggere l’ambiente e a salvaguardare le risorse
naturali, consentendo il recupero di preziosi materiali.

1.Introducción
Este producto es patín eléctrico asistido plegable. Permite la aceleración a través del
acelerador de la manilla y las marchas, la deceleración a través del freno situado en el
manillar.

3. Advertencias
- Utilizar únicamente el alimentador suministrado en dotación.
- Este producto no es un juguete.
- Vericar las normas vigentes sobre la circulación de los patines en el país donde se utiliza
Doc Urban
- En las zonas peatonales no es posible superar los 6 Km/h de velocidad.
- Vericar que todos los componentes del Doc Urban estén bien jados (por ejemplo, que
los tornillos del manillar estén bien apretados)
- Utilizar siempre ropa que no impida o diculte los movimientos y utilizar equipos de
protección personal: para manos/muñecas, rodillas, cabeza y codos.
- No transportar objetos mientras se utiliza el patín.
- Durante la conducción, prestar atención a las personas u objetos que pueda haber cerca
y mantener una distancia de seguridad adecuada
- Asegurarse de que ambos pies estén posicionados correctamente en el reposapiés.
- Se recomienda no acelerar y no detener el vehículo improvisadamente para evitar la
pérdida de control del mismo.
- No efectuar acrobacias.
- No subir ni bajar del patín mientras esté en movimiento.

- Respetar el peso máximo previsto para el usuario.
- Evitar eI uso del producto con condiciones atmosféricas adversas (por ejemplo, lluvia,
granizo o nieve) para evitar daños a los circuitos eléctricos o al motor. Además, evitar el
uso de Doc Urban en supercies con presencia de grava, arena o supercies deslizantes.
No subir ni bajar de Doc Urban en supercies empinadas ni en cuestas.
- En caso de escasa visibilidad es necesario encender las luces anteriores y posteriores y
utilizar ropa reectante de alta visibilidad.
- No usar Doc Urban con temperaturas inferiores a -5°C.
- No usar Doc Urban con el caballete lateral bajado.
- Está prohibido el uso de Doc Urban por más de una persona contemporáneamente.
- Está prohibido el uso de Doc Urban a personas con discapacidades motorias, a personas
con alteraciones del estado psicofísico y a mujeres embarazadas.
- Antes del primer uso, probar el Doc Urban en una zona abierta, lejos de fuentes de peligro,
para poder practicar con total seguridad.
- No utilizar en ambientes inamables.
- El fabricante, el importador y el distribuidor no se hacen responsables de posibles daños
provocados a personas o cosas en caso de uso impropio del Doc Urban.
- No probar a reparar el producto autónomamente; en caso de funcionamiento incorrecto,
póngase en contacto con el vendedor.

Girar la llave de encendido. Girar la manilla del acelerador para hacer avanzar el patín a la
velocidad deseada. Doc Urban está equipado con 3 velocidades de 6/20/25 km/h.
Pulsando las teclas +/- se pasa a la marcha 1-2-3. Para decelerar, pulsar la palanca del
freno y girar en sentido antihorario la manilla del acelerador. Para apagar Doc Urban girar
la llave.
6. Batería y cargador
6.1. Batería de litio
Antes del primer uso, cargar completamente la batería del Doc Urban.
6.1.1. Cuando la batería esté casi descargada, cargarla inmediatamente para evitar daños
y limitar la autonomía.
6.1.2. Si no se utiliza el patín durante un largo período de tiempo, cargar la batería al
menos una vez al mes.
6.1.3. Si la capacidad de la batería es inferior a la del estado de protección y el vehículo no
se pone en marcha, póngase inmediatamente en contacto con el vendedor.
6.2. Recarga
El cargador suministrado tiene una función de protección de la recarga. La alimentación se
interrumpe automáticamente cuando la batería se carga completamente al 100%. Los
daños causados por infiltraciones de agua, colisiones u otros factores no están incluidos en
la garantía.
6.2.1. Abrir la tapa de goma de la puerta de recarga situada en la parte inferior del
reposapiés del patín e introducir el conector de salida del cargador en la puerta de
recarga.
6.2.2. Introducir la clavija de entrada del cargador en el enchufe de corriente
(AC100V-240V ).
6.2.3. Si el indicador del cargador está rojo, significa que la batería se está cargando;

- Auf Fußgängerwegen darf nicht schneller als 6 km/h gefahren werden.
- Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Teile des Doc Urban fest sitzen (zum Beispiel, ob die
Lenkerschrauben richtig festgezogen sind).
- Tragen Sie immer Kleidung, die ihre Bewegungsfreiheit nicht einschränkt, und verwenden
Sie persönliche Schutzausrüstung: für Hände/Handgelenke, Knie, Kopf und Ellbogen.
- Transportieren Sie während der Nutzung des Scooters keine Gegenstände.

Drehen Sie den Zündschlüssel. Drehen Sie am Gas gri, um den Scooter auf die dreh
gewünschte Geschwindigkeit zu beschleunigen. Doc Urban hat 3 Geschwindigkeiten:
6/20/25 km/h. Wenn die Tasten - gedrückt werden, fährt man im 1., 2. oder 3. Gang. Zum +/
Verlangsamen drücken Sie den Bremshebel und drehen Sie den Gasgri entgegen dem
Uhrzeigersinn. Um Doc Urban auszuschalten, drehen Sie den Zündschlüssel.
6. Batterie und Ladegerät
6.1. Lithiumbatterie
Vor der ersten Benutzung laden Sie die Batterie des Doc Urban vollständig auf.
6.1.1.Laden Sie die Batterie sofort auf, sobald sie fast leer ist, damit sie nicht beschädigt
und die Reichweite nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
6.1.2.Falls der Roller über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht benutzt wird, laden Sie ihn
mindestens einmal im Monat auf.
6.1. Falls die Batterieleistung geringer als die Ladeschutzkapazität ist und das Fahrzeug 3.
nicht anspringt, wenden Sie sich umgehend an Ihren Händler.
6.2. Auaden
Das mitgelieferte Ladegerät verfügt über eine Ladeschutzfunktion. Die Stromversorgung
wird automatisch unterbrochen, wenn die Batterie zu 100% aufgeladen ist. Schäden durch
Wassereintritt, Kollisionen und andere Faktoren fallen nicht unter die Garantie.
6.2.1. Önen Sie die Gummiabdeckung der Ladebuchse an der Unterseite des
Trittbretts des Rollers und stecken Sie den Steckverbinder des Ladegeräts in die
Ladebuchse.
6.2.2.Stecken Sie den Ladestecker in die Steckdose (AC100V-240V).
6.2. Wenn die Batterieladeanzeige rot leuchtet, wird die Batterie geladen; wenn sie 3.
grün wird, bedeutet es, dass die Batterie fertig aufgeladen ist.
6.2. Stellen Sie die Batterie beim Laden an einen trockenen, gut belüfteten Ort.4.
7. Wartung und Pege
Schmierung: Die Stellen, an denen die Grie herunter geklappt werden, müssen alle drei
Monate mit einer kleinen Menge weißem Schmierfett oder einem Schmiermittel geschmiert
werden.

Räder: Für dieses Produkt werden Vollgummireifen verwendet. Wenn ein Reifen aufgrund
von oensichtlicher Abnutzung oder Verschleiß unverzüglich ersetzt werden muss, wenden
Sie sich bitte an Ihr Servicezentrum, um ihn durch einen Originalreifen zu ersetzen.
Überprüfen Sie, ob die Schrauben der Räder fest angezogen sind.
8. Stellplatz und tägliche Pege
Setzen Sie den Roller nicht der Sonne aus und stellen Sie ihn nicht lange dort ab, wo es
extrem feucht ist; säubern Sie ihn mit einem trockenen oder leicht angefeuchtetem Tuch.

3. Avertissements

- Il est interdit de monter sur Doc Urban à plusieurs personnes.
