Please read theentire instruction manual before using theproduct
and then save it for future reference. We reserve theright for any
errors in text or images and any necessary changes made to
technical data. In theevent of technical problems or other queries,

Safety
• Never expose thedevice to high or low temperatures, rain
or moisture.
• Never use theproduct in direct sunlight for any extended period.
• Never attempt to dismantle theproduct, as it contains no user-
serviceable parts.
Buttons and functions
Connection
1. Connect your guitar cable to thepedal’s input socket (7).
2. Connect anaudio cable to pedal’s output socket (4) to
theamplifier. This will put thepedal into bypass mode.
3. Pressing theOn/Off button will turn thepedal on and set it into
tuning mode. This will disconnect theamplifier signal allowing
you to tune your guitar unamplified.
4. Pressing theOn/Off button again turn thepedal off and will put
it into bypass mode, allowing thesignal to bypass thepedal and
flow through to theamplifier.
Adjusting thetuning note frequency
Thepedal is set to 440 Hz (normal A) from thefactory.
Frequency adjustment:
1. Connect theguitar cable to theinput socket (7). Two dots
will show in thedisplay which indicates that thepedal is in
standby mode.
Normal mode
When plucking thestring for tuning, thecorresponding LED indicator
will light according to theillustrations below:
E.g. If you have set ahalf tone flat tuning and pluck your D string
during tuning, E will show on thedisplay. Tune your D string until D ♭
shows on thedisplay. Your D string is now tuned ahalf tone lower.
Care and maintenance
• Wipe thepedal with asoft damp cloth. Use only mild cleaning
agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Remove thebattery if thepedal is not to be used for along time.
Troubleshooting guide
Thepedal does
not power on/
doesn’t work.
• Check that thebattery is not flat.
Replace if necessary.
• Make sure that themains adaptor is
undamaged and is securely connected to
both theelectrical socket and thepedal.
• Check that thewall socket is live.
• Make sure that theguitar cable is
undamaged and is securely connected to
both theguitar and thepedal.
• Make sure theguitar volume is set to max.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your local council.

Operation
Battery
1. Open thebattery cover on
bottom of theunit and insert
1×9 V battery (sold separately).
2. Refit thebattery cover.
Mains adaptor (sold separately)
1. Ensure that theadaptor is compatible before connecting it to
the9 V DC socket .
2. Connect themains adaptor to thepower adaptor socket (1).
2. Press the [ Pitch ]
button. Thedisplay
will then show
thestandard tuning
note “A”.
3. Press the [ Pitch ] button
therequired number of times
to set thedesired tuning note
between 435–445 Hz. TheLEDs
correspond thechosen tuning
note frequency. See fig.
4. Wait until two red dots show in thedisplay again. Thepedal is
now set with thenew tuning note setting.
Tuning
Display icons
“ ” = points toward thegreen LED in-tune indicator. Lights when ▼
thestring is in tune to theset frequency.
“ ” = (flat), If theLEDs are on theleft side of thearrow (or move ♭
towards this area in strobe mode) thestring is flat.
“ ” = (sharp), If theLEDs are on theright side of thearrow (or move ♯
towards this area in strobe mode) thestring is sharp.
1. Plug aguitar cable into thepedal’s input socket (7) and connect
theother end to your guitar. Two dots will show in thedisplay
which indicates that thepedal is in standby mode.
2. Raise thevolume on your guitar to themax.
3. Select display mode by holding the [ Flat/Display ] button until
thedisplay shows thechosen setting.
- Normal mode: Thedisplay’s LED indicators give astatic
representation of how far off you are from being correctly
tunes, indicated by themiddle green LED.
- Strobe mode: Thelight pattern sweeps across theLEDs.
Flat In tune Sharp
• Theplucked string’s note is flat: Thelit LED will be on theleft of arrow.
• Theplucked string’s note is correctly tuned: Thelit green LED
will be solidly lit directly under thein-tune arrow.
• Theplucked string’s note is sharp: Thelit LED will be on theright
of arrow.
Strobe mode
Afast moving strobe pattern flashing across theLED indicators
means your instrument is extremely out of tune. Thestrobe pattern
will slow down thecloser you come to being in tune and thegreen
LED will be solidly lit once you have achieved thecorrect tuning.
Sharp In-tune Flat
• Theplucked string’s note is sharp: TheLED will strobe towards
theright.
• Theplucked string’s note is correctly tuned: Thelit green LED
will be solidly lit directly under thein-tune arrow.
• Theplucked string’s note is flat: Thelit LED will be on theleft of arrow.
E-flat tuning
E-flat tuning allows you to tune your guitar down ahalf tone (or
more). E-flat tuning will result in your guitar strings being tuned as
follows, E A D G B E , instead of thestandard tuning of ♭ ♭ ♭ ♭ ♭ ♭
E AD G B E. You can also flat tune your guitar awhole, 1 ½ or two
whole tones.
1. Shortly press the [ Flat/Display ]
button until thedisplay shows:
2. Press the [ Flat/Display ] button
again to select thedegree of
flat tuning desired. One lit LED
indicates ahalf tone flat tuning.
Theexample below shows
a1 ½ tone flat tuning. Wait until
two red dots show in thedisplay
again. Thepedal is now set with
thenew tuning note setting.
