zone.

• 50-year calendar. (2000–2049)
B. Alarm AL
Alarm sounds daily at
theset time.
Use
Setting thetime
C. Stopwatch ST
• Accuracy: 1/100 second.
• Stopwatch range: 00:00:00–59:59:99
D. Countdown timer TR
Countdown range: 59:59:00–00:00:00
E. Dual time zones T2
Dual time zone display.
2. Press start/stop (D) to reset theseconds display.
3. Press (B) to switch MODE
to thenext setting.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for theremaining settings. Thesettings
sequence is as follows: Seconds – hours – minutes – year –
month – date.
6. Push (A) when you have completed inputting all your RESET
settings. Theday is automatically set when theyear, month
and date is set.
Switching between a12 and 24 hour display
When thewatch is in time display mode press
RESET (A) once to switch between 12 and 24
hour display. “PM” is shown for the12 hour display
and “24H” for the24 hour display.

Digital wristwatch with alarm, date, stopwatch with lap times,
countdown timer, dual time zones and multi-coloured backlight.
Water resistant to 10 ATM.

Display
Alarm & hourly chime
When thealarm is activated thesignal will sound daily at thepreset
time. Turn thealarm off by pressing any button when thealarm sounds.
Otherwise thealarm will sound for about 60 sec. With thehourly
chime activated thewatch will sound every hour on thehour.
Setting thealarm
1. With thewatch in time display mode press
MODE therequired number of times to
reach thealarm settings. Press once. RESET
Thealarm symbol will be displayed and
thehour display will begin flashing.
Displaying thedate
When thewatch is in time display mode press
and hold to display thedate and year.start/stop
2. Press to incrementally increase start/stop
thedigits. Hold thebutton in to increase
thedigits quickly.
3. Press to switch to thenext setting.MODE
1. When thewatch is in time display
mode press and hold (A) until RESET
theseconds display starts to flash.
4. Press start/stop (D)
repeatedly to increase
thedigits incrementally. Hold thebutton in to
increase thedigits quickly.

thedigits. Hold thebutton in to increase
thedigits quickly.
5. Press to save your settings when RESET
you have completed inputting them. Press
MODE therequired amount of times return
to normal time display.
