The QR wireless receiver is designed with the NEEWER 2.4G wireless Q system. Its main
function is to wirelessly transmit the receivied signal in order to trigger on camera flash
speedlites, monolights, outdoor strobe lights, and more using the QPro / Q flash trigger.
Additionally, it can also act as a wireless remote control for camera shutters. The receiver
is available in four versions: universal, Canon, Nikon, and Sony. Please note that there
may be more versions added in the future.
1. Subjecting the device to physical impact or vibrations may result in receiver
malfunction.
2. This product is not waterproof. Immersion in w er or exposure to high humidity at
environments may lead to malfunctions. Rusting of internal components can
cause irreparable damage.
3. Sudden temperature changes, like transitioning between warm and cold
environments, may cause condensation inside the receiver. To prevent
condensation, it is recommended to pack the receiver in a bag or use plastic wrap
before encountering temperature variations.
4. Strong static electricity or magnetic fields gener ed by devices such as radio at
transmitters can interfere with the normal operation of this product.

Notes
1. If you are unable to trigger the flash or capture images correctly, please ensure the
following:
a. Check if the batteries are properly installed and the flash trigger's power switch is
turned on.
b. Make sure the flash trigger is set to the same channel as the receiver.
c. Verify that the connection cable or hot shoe is securely and correctly connected.
d. Check if the function mode is set correctly.
2. If the camera can only capture images but cannot focus, please check the following:
Ensure that the camera or lens is not set to MF (manual focus) mode. If it is, switch to
AF (auto focus) mode.
3. If your receiver is experiencing interference from other sources, resulting in flash
misfires or issues with capturing images, try changing the channel setting of the
receiver.
4. Reset the QR receiver to its factory settings if the light does not flash when triggered
by the Q Compact.

flash and set it to on-camera flash mode.

To use:

to the sync jack of the QR receiver. Turn
on both the QR power switch and the
camera power. Long-press the <M>
button on the QR receiver to a ess cc

select the remote shutter option < >, then
short press the <M> button to confirm.
2. Next, short press the <+>/<-> buttons
on the QR receiver's <M> button to set the
desired channel and ID mode. Use the <+>/<->
buttons to adjust the QR receiver's channel
and ID values a ordingly.cc
3. Turn on the Qpro transmitter switch and
ensure it is set to the same channel and
ID value as the QR receiver.
To activate the camera's focus, half-press the
Qpro transmitter's < > button. To trigger the
camera shutter, long-press the Qpro
transmitter's < > button.
3. Using a 2.5mm shutter cable to
trigger the camera shutter
Using the S101-400W as an example:
1. Begin by turning off the camera power.
Attach the Qpro flash trigger to the
camera's hot shoe socket. Turn on
the power switch for both the trigger
and the camera. Press and hold the
Qpro <Zm/CH> button to set the
desired channel, and press the
<MENU> button to a ess the cc
<ID> setting.
2. After powering on the flash, connect
the 2.5mm sync interface cable to the
sync jack of the flash, and the other
end to the sync jack of the QR receiver.
Turn on both the QR power switch and
the flash switch. Press and hold the <M>
button to enter the sync port selection
interface. Use short presses of the
<+>/<-> button to select the flash icon
< >, then briefly press <M> to confirm
the selection. Next, short press the QR
<M> button to set the desired channel
and ID mode. Adjust the channel and ID
value using short presses of the <+>/<->
button to match those set on the Qpro
flash trigger.
3. Finally, press the camera shutter to trigger
the flash.
