Introduction
The Digital Medical Thermometer provides quick, highly accurate reading over
the human body temperature range. Please read the instruction completely rst.
If thermometers are used by children, the supervision of the adult is compulsory.
The quality of the thermometer has been veried and conforms to the provisions
of the EC council directive 93/42/EEC(Medical Device Directive) Annex I essential
requirements and applied harmonized standards. ISO 80601-2-56: 2017+A1:
2018 Medical electrical equipment - Part 2-56: Particular requirements for basic
safety and essential performance of clinical thermometers for body temperature
measurement.
Attention: Consult the accompanying documents. Please read this manual
carefully before use. Please be sure to keep this manual.
Battery Replacement
Place a new 1.5V D.C. button size battery type SR41 or LR41 or equivalent in the
chamber with positive side faced up and negative side faced down.
Display on the LCD
M: Last measured temperature.
: When the appears on the bottom right corner of the LCD, the battery
is exhausted and needs replacement.

Cleaning and Disinfection
1. Clean the unit by wiping it with a dry cloth and disinfect the probe with ethyl
alcohol.
2. Don’t let the unit contact any chemical thinner.
3. Do not soak the display in water.
Caution
• Do not bend, drop or twist the thermometer. It is not shockproof.
• Do not store the unit under direct sunlight, at a high temperature, in high hu-
midity or dust.
• Do not disassemble. See BATTERY REPLACEMENT to replace battery.
• Avoid strong electromagnetic interference such as microwave ovens and cell phones.
• Keep battery away from children. Harmful is swallowed.
• Battery should not be charged or placed into extreme heat as it may explode.
• Remove battery from the thermometer when not in operation for a long time.
• If the unit is stored in an extreme environment before measurement, please make
sure it has been rstly adapted in the room temperature, so that the unit can
be measured normally.
• Measurement results are for reference only. Contact your physician if you have
or suspect any medical problems. Do not change your medications without the
advice of your physician or healthcare professional.
• This device may not meet its performance specication if stored or used outside
temperature and humidity ranges specied in specications.
• If this device is used according to the operations instruction, periodic re-calibra-
tion is not required. If you still have questions, please send the device to dealers.
• Please do not dispose of the product in the household waste at the end of its
useful life. Disposal can take place at your local retailer or at appropriate collection
points provided in your country.
• High, prolonged fever requires medical attention especially for young children.
Please contact your physician.
• For safe reason, during children’s temperature measurement, please keep them
from crying, walking, talking and any related dangerous activities.
• Usage of the probe cover may result in a 0.1°C(0.2°F) dierence from actual
temperature.
• To clean the probe before and after using the thermometer to ensure an accurate
reading and avoid cross contamination approximately, no matter the prove cover
has been installed or not.
• Do not drink hot or cold uids, exercise, and smoke or perform other activities
prior to a reading. These activities will raise or lower temperature readings when
compared to your normal, average temperature.
• Please ensure the close contact between the probe and the armpit of the baby
or children.
• Do not service or maintain device while in use.

Nettoyage et désinfection

Introduzione
Il Termometro Clinico Digitale fornisce una rapida ed accurata misurazione della tem-
peratura del corpo umano. Si prega di leggere le istruzioni completamente prima. Se
termometri vengono utilizzati dai bambini, la supervisione dell’adulto e obbligatoria. La
qualità del termometro è stata vericata ed è conforme alle disposizioni della direttiva UE
93/42/CEE (Direttiva dispositivi medici), Allegato I (Requisiti essenziali e norme armo-
nizzate applicate). ISO 80601-2-56: 2017+A1: 2018 Apparecchi elettromedicali - Parte

Sostituzione delle batterie
Posizionare una nuova batteria 1.5V DC tipo SR41 o LR41 (grandezza di un bottone) o
equivalente nello scomparto con il lato positivo rivolto verso l’alto e il lato negativo verso
il basso.

1. This device needs to be installed and put into service in accordance with the informa-
tion provided in the user manual.
2. WARNING: Portable RF communications equipment (including peripherals such as
antenna cables and external antennas) should be used no closer than 30 cm (12
inches) to any part of the TG380, including cables specied by the manufacturer.
Otherwise, degradation of the performance of this device could result.
If higher IMMUNITY TEST LEVELS than those specied in Table 9 are used, the mini-
mum separation distance may be lowered. Lower minimum separation distances shall
be calculated using the equation specied in 8.10.
