OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
INSERT BATTERIES
Before using your massager, you must insert
2 AAA batteries (not included). Open the battery
cover on the back of the massager and insert
batteries. Align positive (+) and negative (-).
Replace the cover.
Remove batteries when storing massager or if you
won’t be using it for more than a few days.
FOR LEG AND CALF MASSAGE
Use the massager in manual mode or with
vibration. Grabbing the handles, open the flexible
hinges on the massager and put it around one of
your calves or thighs. To use with vibration, press
the on/off button.
Gently roll up and down on your leg, gradually
increasing the pressure. The more your press, the
deeper the tissue massage, but back off if the
pressure becomes uncomfortabledo not press
hard enough to bruise your skin. Try this leg
massage for tight and aching muscles after
walking, prolonged standing, or workouts.
To massage your thighs, adjust the massager
around the part of your thigh that you want to
focus on and roll up and down over the area in
long strokes (with or without the vibration function)
for several minutes.
We recommend massaging for up to 10 minutes
per day, 4-5 times per week. Generally, more
pressure gives you a deeper massage, but, as said
above, do not press so hard that you get bruises.
If your skin is very sensitive, you may want to wear
leggings or exercise pants and use the massager
over the fabric. If you typically use a lotion or
cream on your legs, we recommend massaging
first and then using the cream afterward.
PLEASE NOTE: The massager is primarily
intended to be used on calves and legs, but some
people may also want to use it on their arms or
shoulders. If you have long hair, make sure that
hair (or jewelry) does not get caught in the rollers.
Discontinue use of massager if pain or swelling
occur.
