3. Remove the black battery cover 8 and replace the two
batteries. Ensure correct polarity according to Fig. B.
Reassemble all parts in reverse order.
Cleaning and care
Never use harsh cleaning agents or abrasives to prevent
damaging the material.
Use a dry fluff-free cloth when you are cleaning or
polishing the product.
Disposal
The packaging is made of environmentally friendly materials,
which may be disposed of through your local recycling facilities.
Contact your local community or municipal administration for
more details on how to dispose your worn-out product.
Defective or used batteries must be recycled in accordance
with Directive 2006 / 66 / EC.
Return batteries and / or the device to the provided recycling
facilities.
Improper disposal of batteries
can harm the environment!
Never dispose of batteries in your household waste. They may
contain toxic heavy metals and are subject to hazardous waste
regulations. The chemical symbols of the heavy metals are:
Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. Therefore dispose
of used batteries through your municipal collection site.
Avoid extreme environmental conditions
and temperatures, e.g. above radiators.as
they may affect batteries.
If necessary, clean the battery and device
contacts before inserting the battery.
Start-up
Note: Remove the insulating strip 4 between the battery 7
and the battery compartment 2 before use. Verify the battery
cover is closed all the way and push it closed, if necessary.
Securing the light
Secure the light as shown in Fig. A.
Switching the light on / off
Push the ON / OFF switch 1 per the chart below to
switch the lighting mode:
1 x ON / side light
2 x Flashing light
3 x Interval flashing light
4 x OFF
Replacing batteries
Replace the batteries 7 as shown in Fig. B.
1. Pull the silicone loop under the bracket 5.
2. Pull the LED housing 6 forward and out.
Never throw batteries into fire or water.
The batteries may explode.
Immediately remove drained batteries
from the product. Otherwise there is an
increased risk of leaking.
Always replace all the batteries at the
same time. Check regularly that the
batteries are not leaking.
Regularly check batteries for leaks.
Leaking or damaged batteries may result
in burns upon contact with the skin; always
wear suitable safety gloves!
Remove batteries during extended periods
of non-use.
When inserting the battery ensure that it is
inserted the right way round! This is indi-
cated inside the battery cover. Batteries
may otherwise explode.
Do not exert mechanical loads to batteries.
Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and mu-
cous membranes. In the event of contact
with battery acid, thoroughly flush the
affected area with clean water and seek
immediate medical attention.

Do not use the device if you detect any
damage.
Do not look into the LED from a close
distance during operation.

battery may overheat, ignite or explode.
