Description:

• The FGA-13410 household standalone combustible gas detector

adopts high quality gas sensor; It is made with high performance MCU

and advanced electronic elements as well as sophisticated

technologies; Its software and hardware technologies enable it to

monitor sensor failure simultaneously when detecting gas leak

concentration, which, at the same time, brings a high degree of safety

and reliability.

• This detector is suitable for installing in residential houses with

potential gas leakage, it can consecutively monitor indoor combustible

gas concentration, when the gas concentration reaches its alarming

value, it will send out a sound and light alarm. It will help you to take

immediate action to prevent fire, blast and injury accidents from

happening.

• Standard implemented: EN 50194-1:2009

Double-insulated Appliances

In a double-insulated appliance, two insulation systems are

provided instead of an earth wire. No earthing means is provided on a

double-insulated appliance, nor should a means for earthing be added

to the appliance. Servicing a double-insulated appliance requires

extreme care and knowledge of the system, and should only be done by

qualified service personnel. The replacement parts for a double-

insulated appliance must be identical to the parts they replace. A

double-insulated appliance is labelled with the words 'CLASS II' or

'DOUBLE INSULATED". It can also be identified with the double

insulation symbol.

This product complies with conformity requirements of the applicable

European regulations or directives.

Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household

waste. Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local

Authority or local store for recycling advice.

INSTALLING THE GAS DETECTOR

Before mounting your Gas detector, please stick the rating label in your

own language (if included) to the detector.

This detector is suitable for indoor environment only, please install it in

places with potential gas leakage. It should be installed horizontally

1m~4m from the gas appliance and vertically >0.3m from the ceiling.

• The device should only be installed by a competent person.

Avoid areas as below:

• Areas of ventilation inlet/outlet, exhaust fan, doors/windows with

strong air flow.

• Areas with moisture and water drops.

• Areas right above heat source or water steam.

• Areas above gas appliances.

• Areas easy to be polluted.

• Areas covered by obstacles.

• If the room is to be painted or refurbished, please install the detector

after the refurbishment or painting work is done.

Wall mount installation

• Choose a place on the wall suitable for installing the detector.

• Use the screws supplied to fix the installation baseplate onto the wall,

with the attachment pins facing upwards.

• Power on the detector and check to ensure it works normally.

• Attach the detector onto the baseplate by aligning the attachment pins

with the holes on the device and sliding it downwards until it clicks.

USE

• Connect the detector to the power source, the LED ring indicator will

flash green, and the detector will enter a 3-minute preheating status.

During preheating, the detector cannot detect gas leakage, after pre-

heating the detector will enter normal detection mode and the LED

ring indicator will remain illuminated.

• When the gas concentration value in the air reaches the set alarming

point, the detector will enter alarming mode, the LED ring indicator will

flash red and a beeping alarm will be sounded.

• A gas leakage can be detected by the device or by scent. Follow the

steps below if a gas leak is detected by scent or an by an alarm.

•What to do in the event of an alarm/ gas detection.

In case of an alarm/gas detection please shut off the gas supply, open

the windows, evacuate the premises immediately and do not turn on

any electrical appliances (including cell phones). If necessary,

please ask for gas experts to eliminate the gas leakage. Only enter the

building again when the problem has been solved and the gas has

disappeared.

• In the alarm state, when the gas concentration value is at a safe level,

the detector will disarm the alarm automatically.

•Service life indicator

If the Service LED Indicator is illuminated yellow and a constant beeping

is heard, it means the detector is defected and cannot detect correctly, if

this happens please visit our Customer Service at www.smartwares.eu

•Testing your detector

It is important that the functionality of your detector is tested every 6

months. To test the detector, short-press the test button once, the LED

ring indicator will flash red and 4 beeping alarms will be sounded. If the

detector does not alarm normally please visit our Customer Service at

www.smartwares.eu for more information.

MAINTAINING YOUR GAS ALARM

To maintain your device in proper working order, it is recommended that

you:

• Test your alarm at least once every 6 months.

• Clean the device regularly to prevent dust build up. This can be done

using a soft damp cloth once per month. Clean gently around the front

grilled section and sides.

• Never use cleaning solutions on your alarm. Simply wipe with a damp

cloth.

• Do not paint the alarm.

• Do not block or cover the alarm’s ventholes with paste adhesive or other

materials.

ATTENTION!

When scouring or stripping a wooden floor, painting, wallpapering or using

adhesive or aerosol, you should remove the device and keep it in a safe

place to prevent damaging the sensor. High concentrations of the following

substances can damage the sensor, which often results in a false alarm:

methane, propane, isopropyl butane, ethylene, ethanol, alcohol, isopropyl

alcohol, benzene, toluene, ethyl acetate, hydrogen, hydrogen sulphate and

sulphur dioxide. Also, aerosol sprays, alcoholic products, paint, solvents,

adhesive, hair spray, aftershave, perfume and certain cleaning agents can

cause damage.

Omschrijving:

• De FGA-13410 huishoudelijke stand-alone detector voor brandbare

gassen maakt gebruik van een gassensor van hoge kwaliteit; Hij is

geproduceerd met een krachtige MCU, geavanceerde elektronische

elementen en verfijnde technologieën; Dankzij de software- en

hardwaretechnologieën kan hij gelijktijdig sensorstoringen controleren bij

detectie van een gaslekconcentratie, wat tegelijk een hoge mate van

veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid oplevert.

• Deze detector is geschikt voor installatie in woonhuizen met mogelijke

gaslekken. Hij kan aaneengesloten de concentratie brandbare gassen

binnenshuis controleren en zal wanneer de gasconcentratie zijn

alarmwaarde bereikt een geluids- en lichtalarm uitzenden. Dit helpt u

onmiddellijk maatregelen te nemen om ongelukken met brand,

ontploffing en verwondingen te voorkomen.

BELANGRIJK:

Dubbelgeïsoleerde apparaten

Bij een dubbelgeïsoleerd apparaat worden er twee

isolatiesystemen gebruikt in plaats van een aardedraad. Een

dubbelgeïsoleerd apparaat is ongeaard, en er moet ook geen vorm van

aarding aan het apparaat worden toegevoegd. Bij het uitvoeren van

onderhoud aan een dubbelgeïsoleerd apparaat moet extreem zorgvuldig

te werk worden gegaan. Degene die het onderhoud uitvoert, moet

uitgebreide kennis van het systeem hebben en het onderhoud mag alleen

worden uitgevoerd door gekwalificeerd servicepersoneel. De vervangende

onderdelen voor een dubbelgeïsoleerd apparaat moeten identiek zijn aan

de onderdelen die worden vervangen. Een dubbelgeïsoleerd apparaat

heeft een label met de woorden 'CLASS II' (KLASSE II) of 'DOUBLE

INSULATED' (DUBBELGEÏSOLEERD). U kunt deze apparaten ook

herkennen aan het symbool voor dubbele isolatie.

Dit product voldoet aan de conformiteitsvereisten van de toepasselijke

Europese regelgeving en richtlijnen.

Gooi elektrische producten niet weg als huishoudelijk afval. Recycle het

INSTALLATIE VAN DE GASDETECTOR

Voordat u uw gasdetector monteert, moet u het classificatielabel in uw

eigen taal (indien meegeleverd) op de detector plakken.

Deze detector is alleen geschikt voor gebruik binnenshuis, installeer hem

op plaatsen met mogelijke gaslekken. Hij dient horizontaal op 1 tot 4 meter

van het gastoestel en verticaal >0,3 meter van het plafond geïnstalleerd te

worden.

• Het toestel mag alleen door een bevoegd persoon geïnstalleerd worden.

Vermijd onderstaande zones:

• Zones met ventilatie-inlaat/-uitlaat, afzuigventilator, deuren/ramen met

sterke luchtstroom.

• Zones met vocht en waterdruppels.

• Zones vlak boven een warmtebron of waterstoom.

• Zones boven gastoestellen.

• Zones die gemakkelijk vervuild kunnen raken.

• Door obstakels bestreken zones.

• Als de kamer geschilderd of opgeknapt moet worden, installeert u de

melder nadat de opknap- of schilderwerkzaamheden gedaan zijn.

Wandmontage installatie

• Kies een plaats op de muur die geschikt is om de melder te installeren.

• Gebruik de bijgeleverde schroeven om de installatieplaat op de muur te

bevestigen, met de bevestigingspennen naar boven gericht.

• Zet de detector aan en controleer of deze normaal werkt.

• Bevestig de detector op de installatieplaat door de bevestigingspennen

op één lijn te brengen met de gaten op het toestel en het naar beneden

te schuiven tot het vastklikt.

GEBRUIK

• Sluit de detector aan op de stroombron. De led-ringindicator zal groen

knipperen, en de detector zal in een 3 minuten durende

voorverwarmingsstatus komen. Tijdens dit voorverwarmen kan de

detector geen gaslek detecteren, na het voorverwarmen komt de

detector in de normale detectiemodus en blijft de led-ringindicator

branden.

• Wanneer de waarde van de gasconcentratie in de lucht het ingestelde

alarmpunt bereikt, gaat de detector in de alarmmodus; de led-

ringindicator knippert rood en er klinkt een piepend alarm.

• Een gaslek kan door het toestel of door de geur worden opgespoord.

Volg de onderstaande stappen als een gaslek wordt ontdekt door de

geur of door een alarm.

•Wat te doen in geval van een alarm/gasdetectie.

In geval van een alarm/gasdetectie dient u de gastoevoer af te sluiten, de

ramen te openen, het pand onmiddellijk te evacueren en geen

elektrische apparaten aan te zetten (ook geen mobiele telefoons)..

Verzoek indien nodig gasdeskundigen om het gaslek te verhelpen.

Betreed het gebouw pas weer als het probleem is opgelost en het gas

verdwenen is.

• In de alarmtoestand, wanneer de waarde van de gasconcentratie op een

veilig niveau is, zal de detector het alarm automatisch uitschakelen.

•Levensduurindicator

Als het levensduurindicator-led geel oplicht en er een constant piepen te

horen is, betekent dit dat de detector defect is en niet goed kan

detecteren, als dit gebeurt gaat u naar onze Klantenservice op

•Uw detector testen

Het is belangrijk dat de werking van uw detector elke 6 maanden getest

wordt. Om de detector te testen, drukt u één keer kort op de testknop. De

Led-ringindicator zal rood knipperen en er klinken 4 pieptonen. Als het

alarm van de melder niet normaal werkt, ga dan naar onze Klantenservice

ONDERHOUD VAN UW GASALARM

Om uw toestel in goed werkende staat te houden, is het raadzaam dat u:

• uw alarm ten minste elke 6 maanden test.

• het toestel regelmatig schoonmaakt om ophoping van stof te voorkomen.

Dit kan één keer per maand worden gedaan met een zachte vochtige

doek. Maak voorzichtig schoon rond het voorste roostergedeelte en de

zijkanten.

• Gebruik nooit schoonmaakmiddelen op uw alarm. Veeg gewoon af met

een vochtige doek.

• Verf het alarm niet.

• De ventilatieopeningen van de wekkerhet alarm mogen niet geblokkeerd

of afgedekt worden met kleefpasta of andere materialen.

LET OP!

Wanneer u een houten vloer schuurt of stript, schildert, behangt of lijm of

een spuitbus gebruikt, moet u het toestel verwijderen en op een veilige

plaats bewaren om beschadiging van de sensor te voorkomen. Hoge

concentraties van de volgende stoffen kunnen de sensor beschadigen,

wat vaak een vals alarm tot gevolg heeft: methaan, propaan,

isopropylbutaan, ethyleen, ethanol, alcohol, isopropylalcohol, benzeen,

tolueen, ethylacetaat, waterstof, waterstofsulfaat en zwaveldioxide. Ook

spuitbussen, alcoholische producten, verf, oplosmiddelen, lijm, haarlak,

aftershave, parfum en bepaalde schoonmaakmiddelen kunnen schade

veroorzaken.

Description :

• Le détecteur de gaz combustible domestique autonome FGA-13410

adopte un capteur de gaz de qualité supérieure. Il est fabriqué avec un

MCU haute performance et des éléments électroniques avancés ainsi

que des technologies sophistiquées. Ses technologies logicielles et

matérielles lui permettent de surveiller simultanément toute défaillance

du capteur tout en détectant la concentration de fuite de gaz, offrant ainsi

un haut degré de sécurité et de fiabilité.

• Ce détecteur est adapté pour une installation dans les maisons

résidentielles susceptibles de présenter des fuites de gaz, et peut

surveiller consécutivement la concentration de gaz combustible en

intérieur. Lorsque la concentration de gaz atteint la valeur d'alarme, il

émet alors une alarme sonore et lumineuse. Il vous permettra de prendre

des mesures immédiates pour prévenir tout risque d'incendie,

d'explosion ou de blessure.

Appareils à double isolation

Dans un appareil à double isolation, deux systèmes d'isolation

sont fournis au lieu d'un câble de mise à la terre. Aucun système de mise

à la terre n'est prévu sur un appareil à double isolation, et aucun moyen de

mise à la terre ne doit être ajouté à l'appareil. L'entretien d'un appareil à

double isolation nécessite une attention et une connaissance extrême du

système, et ne doit être effectué que par un technicien qualifié. Les pièces

de remplacement pour un appareil à double isolation doivent être

identiques aux pièces qu'elles remplacent. Un appareil à double isolation

est étiqueté avec les mots «'CLASS II» (CLASSE II) ou «DOUBLE

INSULATED» (DOUBLE ISOLATION). Il peut également être identifié

INSTALLATION DU DÉTECTEUR DE GAZ

Avant le montage de votre détecteur de gaz, veuillez coller sur le

détecteur l'étiquette d'identification rédigée dans votre langue (si elle est

incluse).

Ce détecteur convient uniquement à un environnement intérieur, veuillez

l'installer dans des endroits où un risque de fuite de gaz existe. Il doit être

installé horizontalement à 1m~4m de l'appareil à gaz et verticalement à

>0,3m du plafond.

• L'appareil ne doit être installé que par une personne compétente.

Évitez les zones suivantes :

• Zones d'entrée/sortie de ventilation, ventilateur d'extraction, portes/

fenêtres avec un fort flux d'air.

• Zones avec humidité et gouttes d'eau.

• Zones situées juste au-dessus d'une source de chaleur ou de vapeur

d'eau.

• Zones situées au-dessus d'appareils à gaz.

• Zones faciles à polluer.

• Zones couvertes par des obstacles.

• Si la pièce doit être peinte ou rénovée, veuillez installer le détecteur une

fois les travaux de rénovation ou de peinture terminés.

Installation sur un mur

• Choisissez un endroit du mur adapté à l'installation du détecteur.

• Utilisez les vis fournies pour fixer la plaque de montage au mur, les

broches de fixation étant orientées vers le haut.

• Mettez le détecteur sous tension et vérifiez son bon fonctionnement.

• Fixez le détecteur sur la plaque de base en alignant les broches de

fixation avec les trous du dispositif et en le faisant glisser vers le bas

jusqu'à ce qu'il s'enclenche.

UTILISATION

• Connectez le détecteur à la source d'alimentation, l'indicateur d'anneau

LED clignote en vert et le détecteur entre dans un état de préchauffage

de 3 minutes. Pendant le préchauffage, le détecteur ne peut pas détecter

les fuites de gaz. Une fois le préchauffage terminé, le détecteur passe en

mode de détection standard et l'indicateur annulaire LED reste allumé.

• Lorsque la valeur de la concentration de gaz dans l'air atteint le point

d'alarme défini, le détecteur passe en mode d'alarme, l'indicateur

annulaire LED clignote en rouge et une alarme sonore est émise.

• Une fuite de gaz peut être détectée par l'appareil ou par une odeur.

Suivez les étapes ci-dessous si une fuite de gaz est détectée par une

odeur ou par une alarme.

•Que faire en cas d'alarme/détection de gaz.

En cas d'alarme/détection de gaz, coupez l'alimentation de gaz, ouvrez les

fenêtres, évacuez immédiatement les lieux et n'allumez aucun appareil

électrique (y compris les téléphones portables). Si nécessaire,

demandez à des experts en gaz d'éliminer la fuite de gaz. Réintégrez le

bâtiment uniquement une fois le problème résolu et le gaz disparu.

• En état d'alarme, une fois la valeur de concentration de gaz à un niveau

sûr, le détecteur désarme automatiquement l'alarme.

•Indicateur de durée de vie

Si l'indicateur LED de service est allumé en jaune et qu'un bip constant se

fait entendre, cela signifie que le détecteur est défectueux et ne peut pas

détecter correctement ; dans ce cas, veuillez contacter notre service

•Test de votre détecteur

Il est important de tester le fonctionnement de votre détecteur tous les 6

mois. Pour tester le détecteur, appuyez brièvement sur le bouton de test

une fois, l'indicateur d'anneau LED clignote en rouge et 4 alarmes sonores

retentissent. Si le détecteur ne déclenche pas l'alarme de manière
